I love Streem's app-free, SMS/link-based access, which makes it incredibly easy for shoppers to connect with us without any downloads or account setups. This feature has resulted in a high shopper adoption rate, as over 90% of Streem support interactions are completed without any pushback. The retail-optimized AR markup and guided visual assistance are fantastic, solving the 'show, don’t tell' problem effectively for both shoppers and staff. Setting up Streem was also incredibly fast and intuitive, requiring no technical support, yet we managed to have a fully functional platform running in just one business day. I don't like that there are no store-specific AR tool presets available. Our stores have different needs—a BOPIS-heavy store might rely more on the AR circle/text tools, while an in-store-focused store would use the AR pointer tool more often. But since there are no presets, associates have to manually select their most-used tools for every session.
