What do you like best about Streem?

I use Streem to improve communication and collaboration within my team. It helps me share updates, discuss tasks, and stay aligned with everyone in real time. I like most about Streem is how simple and intuitive it is to use. It keeps all communication organized in one place, making it easy to track conversations, share updates, and collaborate without confusion. Streem’s simplicity and intuitive design help our team adopt it quickly without needing much training. Because conversations and updates are well organized, we can easily find past discussions, understand context, and avoid repeating the same questions. Streem helped reduce noise, improve clarity, and made day-to-day collaboration much smoother for the team. The initial setup was very easy and straightforward. Creating an account, inviting team members, and getting started took very little time. What do you dislike about Streem?

While Streem works well overall, one area that could be improved is advanced customization options. Having more control over notifications and better filtering for conversations would make it easier to focus on priorities, especially for larger teams. I am very satisfied with the no-app, no-download experience that Streem offers. I also appreciate Streem's easy documentation capabilities, which include automatic screenshots, notes, and case logs that save time and improve record-keeping. What do you dislike about Streem?

I experience occasional connectivity issues with Streem. Despite the generally good video quality, the session can lag or disconnect if the customer is in a very low-network area. I find the customization options limited. I'd like the ability to customize branding, UI colors, or the customer joining page more deeply. While the AR tools are helpful, they can feel basic at times. It would be beneficial to have more advanced features like better object tracking, more drawing options, or automatic highlighting features. The document capture feature could also be improved. I would gladly invest extra for an 'Offline Pro Mode' to benefit from local 3D caching, on-device AI, and automated sync opportunities. Streem has empowered our team to visually diagnose and resolve customer issues more accuratly.

Streem is very easy to use for both parties, as it requires no app to be installed.

The ability to use AR overlays and screenshots that capture serial numbers have been very useful.

So far no dislike but they are always improving their services.

Streem is a simple application that was easy to use and deploy across our organzation. We use Streem to conduct virtual site visits in lieu of phyically going to customer homes.
