"Revolutionizes Remote Support but Needs Better Connectivity Handling"
What do you like best about Streem?

I like how incredibly straightforward Streem makes remote visual support for B2B. No app downloads or complicated login steps are required—you just send a link, the customer opens their camera, and you can see exactly what’s going on. The AR annotation tools, like drawing, pointing, and highlighting, make guidance clear, allowing us to resolve more issues on the first call without needing to send a technician onsite. Streem is reliable, fast, and integrates perfectly into our existing support workflow. It just works, making both our team's and our customers' lives easier. Additionally, the initial setup was surprisingly quick and straightforward compared to most enterprise tools we’ve implemented. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Streem?

The biggest one is that performance can drop on slower mobile connections. When customers have weak cellular service, the video can lag or freeze, which makes AR annotations less reliable and slows down troubleshooting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"An Easy and Efficient Tool for Managing Advertising Campaigns"
What do you like best about Streem?

What I like most about Stream is how easy it is to use. The layout is simple and it’s easy to manage different advertising tasks in one place. I also like being able to see the campaign results clearly, which helps me understand what is working and what needs improvement. Overall, it makes managing advertising campaigns faster and less complicated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Streem?

One thing I dislike about Stream is that some features can be a little confusing at first, especially for new users. It can take some time to understand all the tools and options available. I also think the platform could improve its customization options to make campaign management more flexible. Overall, it works well, but there is still room for improvement. "Revolutionizes Remote Support with Real-Time Visuals"
What do you like best about Streem?

I really appreciate how Streem provides real-time visual clarity, which instantly removes confusion by allowing me to see the exact problem in real time, saving time and reducing frustration for both sides. The AR annotations are incredibly helpful; being able to draw, point, and add visual markers on the live video feed turns a basic video chat into an interactive guided experience, making troubleshooting much easier and more precise. I also like that there is no need for customers to download an app, as they can simply click a link or open a session in their browser, which improves the experience and increases adoption. Streem improves first-contact resolution since support teams can often fix issues on the first interaction due to the visual context and guidance it provides. It also saves travel time and costs by reducing unnecessary onsite visits, allowing for remote assessments and sometimes fixes. Capturing information in real time, including measurements and serial numbers, ensures accurate data is captured once and not pieced together later, aiding in documentation and follow-up work. Also, the ability to collaborate effectively by bringing in experts or sharing what's happening for faster decision-making enhances teamwork. Customers love the quick support, visual guidance, and clarity, which makes the experience feel more personal and professional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Streem?

Streem's effectiveness can be limited by the customer's device camera quality, which may result in slower or less accurate diagnosis if the camera is low-resolution or has poor focus. Some customers, especially those who are less tech-savvy, might struggle with using the technology effectively, such as positioning the camera or granting permissions, which can delay the start of sessions. The platform's performance can degrade in low-bandwidth areas, making video support less reliable. There is a learning curve for advanced features like AR annotations and capture tools, which may not be fully utilized without formal training. While the app-less approach is convenient, it could limit more complex support scenarios and miss opportunities for persistent user experiences. Streem might still require on-site involvement for very complex diagnostics beyond simple issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simplifies Troubleshooting with Real-Time Visual Support"
What do you like best about Streem?

I use Streem for real-time remote support and troubleshooting. It helps me share my camera or screen so issues can be resolved quickly and clearly. I like how Streem solves communication and troubleshooting problems by allowing real-time visual support, which reduces confusion because the support person sees exactly what I see, so there's no guessing. During device setup, like installing a router or printer, being able to show exactly what I'm seeing makes troubleshooting much faster. Streem also made software navigation smoother by allowing me to share my screen in real time, which is simple and effective. I appreciate that the real-time visual support removes guesswork from communication. The initial setup of Streem was very easy, requiring only downloading the app or accessing a session link, with the interface being straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Streem?

One area that could be improved is connection stability—sometimes the video or screen sharing lags, especially on slower networks. I experience occasional session drops, delayed responses, and lag during video or screen sharing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Revolutionizes Shopper Support, Needs More Customization"
What do you like best about Streem?

I love Streem's app-free, SMS/link-based access, which makes it incredibly easy for shoppers to connect with us without any downloads or account setups. This feature has resulted in a high shopper adoption rate, as over 90% of Streem support interactions are completed without any pushback. The retail-optimized AR markup and guided visual assistance are fantastic, solving the 'show, don’t tell' problem effectively for both shoppers and staff. Setting up Streem was also incredibly fast and intuitive, requiring no technical support, yet we managed to have a fully functional platform running in just one business day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Streem?

I don't like that there are no store-specific AR tool presets available. Our stores have different needs—a BOPIS-heavy store might rely more on the AR circle/text tools, while an in-store-focused store would use the AR pointer tool more often. But since there are no presets, associates have to manually select their most-used tools for every session. It’s a small but repetitive task that adds up when you have over 50 daily sessions per store. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful AR Platform with Network Dependency Challenges"
What do you like best about Streem?

I really like how Streem allows me to see what the customer sees in real time through their smartphone camera, which is super helpful for problems like field inspection and expert consultation. The most appealing aspect of Streem is the intimate connection it creates between the creator and the audience, fostering a strong sense of community. I also value the capabilities of their remote visual assistance platform, particularly the augmented reality spatial tools and remote video assistance. These features are frequently used and have a significant impact. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Streem?

I find that while Streem is recognized for enabling remote visual support via AR, there are challenges such as a high dependency on network connectivity. Additionally, the initial setup can vary from very easy to challenging, with many users encountering a steep learning curve that can take up to 50 hours of preparation. "Effortless Remote Collaboration & Real-Time Marking"
What do you like best about Streem?

I like how Streem allows me to collaborate with my team remotely on product prototypes in real time without having to send pictures back and forth. The live screen sharing is super smooth, even with average internet, and I don't experience any lag or need to deal with complicated setups. I also appreciate being able to freeze the live frame to mark details, which is super helpful for not missing anything when discussing specific spots. The initial setup is super easy—just clicking a link, granting camera and mic access, and I'm in a session within 10 seconds with no downloads or installs needed. Using Streem has made remote problem-solving way less messy compared to what we used to do with WhatsApp video calls and photo sharing. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone needing a tool for remote visual collaboration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Streem?

The annotation tools are basic, wish there were more options like different colored highlighters or shape tools for marking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streem Fits Seamlessly Into My Daily Workflow—Effortless Calls, Strong Support"
What do you like best about Streem?

What I like best about Streem is how naturally it fits into my daily routine, even when I’m using it 11 to 12 times a day. The ease of use makes every call feel effortless, with a clean layout that keeps me focused on the conversation instead of the controls. The ease of implementation was a relief too—getting my team onboard didn’t require long tutorials or complicated steps. Whenever I’ve needed help, the customer support has been responsive and reassuring, which builds confidence in relying on the platform so often. The range of features—from video clarity to interactive tools—feels well-balanced, offering depth without overwhelming me. And with its ease of integration into calendars and workflows, Streem becomes more than just a video tool; it’s a seamless extension of how I collaborate every day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Streem?

Although Streem has become a reliable tool in my daily workflow, there are a few aspects that feel less refined from a user’s perspective. The interface can sometimes feel cluttered, especially when switching between its many interactive features during frequent use. While the implementation was straightforward, I’ve noticed that certain advanced functions require extra guidance, which slows down the pace when I’m using it 11 to 12 times a day. The customer support, though helpful, occasionally takes longer than expected to respond, which can be frustrating in time‑sensitive situations. Its range of features is impressive, but at times it feels like too much is packed in, making simple tasks take longer than they should. The integration with external tools works, but not always as seamlessly as I’d like, leaving small gaps in efficiency. Overall, these issues don’t overshadow its strengths, but they do remind me that Streem still has room to grow into a smoother, more polished experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Streaming with Room for Improvement"
What do you like best about Streem?

I use Streem to broadcast events, create tutorials, and have real-time chats. One of the things I love about Streem is its ease of use and the interactivity it offers. The platform is intuitive, making it accessible for anyone, regardless of their technical skill level, to stream events or create tutorials seamlessly. I also enjoy the ability to collaborate with others in real time, effortlessly inviting guests or co-hosts to enrich the experience and offer different perspectives. Streem's live editing tools, which allow enhancements while streaming, are great for making engaging tutorials by adding graphics, highlighting key points, or even including audience questions instantly. Additionally, setting up Streem was straightforward for me and my team, thanks to the guided interface and helpful tutorials that made it easy to configure our streams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Streem?

Some aspects that could be improved in Streem include connection stability in certain areas, as there can sometimes be interruptions in the transmission. I've also noticed that, although the interface is intuitive, some new users may feel overwhelmed by the number of available features. Additionally, technical support could use some enhancement. "Real time video help that feels natural!"
What do you like best about Streem?

What stands out to me is how quickly I can jump into a live session without planning ahead. I just open the app start my camera and share what I am seeing. The drawing tools feel very smooth and I find myself using them every single time. I also like that my teammates can follow along easily even if they are not very technical. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Streem?

The onboarding screens were a bit too busy for my liking. I sometimes lose my past sessions because the history is not very clear. The battery usage on my phone is higher than I expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
