## Streem Reviews
 ### 1. Streamlined Remote Support with Real-Time Visuals

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rimjhim K. | Frontend Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Streem?**

I use Streem mainly for remote visual inspections and real-time collaboration with my team. Being able to see issues in real time makes communication much clearer and helps us resolve technical problems faster than relying only on calls or screenshots. One of the biggest problems it solves is the difficulty of understanding technical issues remotely. It saves time, reduces confusion, and helps us support clients more efficiently. What I like the most about Streem is how simple it makes remote support. The real-time visual interaction makes troubleshooting feel much more natural, and it saves a lot of time compared to trying to understand issues through screenshots, emails, or lengthy calls. It removes a lot of guesswork during support sessions. Instead of asking clients to explain technical issues multiple times, we can understand the problem instantly through live visuals, making troubleshooting smoother, faster, and less frustrating for everyone involved. Streem fits in well with the tools we already use for client communication, issue tracking, and internal collaboration. The initial setup was pretty straightforward and did not take much time for our team to get started. The interface felt easy to understand, and most people were able to adapt quickly without needing much time.

**What do you dislike about Streem?**

One thing that could be improved is the overall responsiveness during sessions, as occasional lag can make troubleshooting less smooth. It would also be nice to see even better integration options and a more streamlined user experience for first-time users.

**What problems is Streem solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Streem for remote visual inspections and team collaboration, which solves the uncertainty around understanding technical issues remotely, saving time and reducing confusion. The real-time feature improves communication, speeding up issue resolution and making client support efficient.

 ### 2. Streem Makes Remote Assistance Easy with Fast Setup and Real-Time Visual Collaboration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ebini M. | IT Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Streem?**

Users frequently praise Streem for its ease of use, fast deployment, and seamless real-time visual collaboration tools, which enhance remote assistance, allow for quick setup, and improve efficiency for teams.

**What do you dislike about Streem?**

Rising costs, managing multiple subscriptions, ad-heavy content, and technical disruptions like buffering.

**What problems is Streem solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streem (now part of Frontdoor) solves the inefficiency of remote, in-person service visits by using Augmented Reality (AR) and video to allow technicians to see what customers see in real time. It benefits I and other users by increasing diagnostic accuracy, enhancing communication, reducing unnecessary home visits, and speeding up repair times through AI-driven documentation

 ### 3. Effective Real-Time Visual Collaboration for Teams

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Savin H. | Data Scientist / Business Analyst / Product Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Streem?**

What I like most about Streem is how easy it is to collaborate visually and share context in real time. The video and image‑based communication makes it much easier to walk through issues remotely instead of relying on long explanations. It helps teams align faster, reduces back‑and‑forth, and improves clarity during reviews or troubleshooting.

**What do you dislike about Streem?**

While Streem is effective for visual collaboration, some features have a short learning curve during initial setup. Performance can also depend on network quality, which may occasionally affect video clarity. Additional customization options and deeper integrations would further improve the overall experience.

**What problems is Streem solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Streem, it was time‑consuming to explain issues remotely using only calls or written descriptions, which often led to miscommunication and delays. Streem solves this by enabling visual collaboration through live video and shared context, allowing teams to see issues in real time. As a result, communication is clearer, issues are resolved faster, and overall coordination across teams is more efficient, saving time and reducing back‑and‑forth.

 ### 4. Streamlined Team Coordination and Workflow Management

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Neel R. | Account Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Streem?**

I like Streem's ease of use and how it keeps communication and workflow organized. The platform is actually quite intuitive and supports smooth collaboration, which helps my team manage interactions more efficiently and effectively, especially thanks to the clean interface, which is very, very useful. Centralized communication, workflow automation, follow-up management, and the overall user experience are very smooth. The initial setup was very easy, smooth, and straightforward, and the platform was easy to navigate. Onboarding was quick, and we were able to start using the core features with minimal technical support.

**What do you dislike about Streem?**

Yeah. Overall, the platform works pretty well, but there is room for improvement, obviously. In, for example, in advanced customizations, analytics, integrations, with additional third-party tools. Some of the advanced features could also be easier for new users to learn initially. I think there are few areas that you could still improve by Streem.

**What problems is Streem solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Streem to centralize communication, improve team collaboration, and manage customer interactions efficiently. It streamlines workflows and reduces manual tasks through automation, saving time and energy.

 ### 5. Streem Makes Remote Collaboration Easy with Video Assistance

The proposed solution will solve the problem of visual assistance and collaboration even without being physically present. The customers will gain from this program by ensuring that the problem is solved promptly, better communications through visual assistance, reduced costs of travel, and good customer service.

 ### 6. A Core Tool for Field Activity Insights

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vaijnath K. | Sr. Manager, Farming, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Streem?**

I use Streem as a core tool to gain clear visibility into field activity and translate that information into actionable insights to support day-to-day decisions. I like how Streem provides real-time visibility into job progress, completion status, and exceptions, which reduces uncertainty and guesswork. One thing I really appreciate about Streem is that it removes ambiguity regarding what's happening in the field by providing a transparent view of job progress. It impresses me how Streem surfaces risks and anomalies early, allowing action to be taken sooner. Also, the initial setup of Streem was relatively easy and straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Streem?**

There are a few areas that don't work as well for me like deeper reporting and customization, navigation, and data discovery. I would like more flexible, self-service reporting, with the ability to build custom reports using selected fields (job type, region, timestamps, etc.) without relying on predefined dashboards.

**What problems is Streem solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Streem to see field activity clearly and get real-time insights, reducing guesswork in job progress. It helps me address issues early, before they impact cost or timelines. I don't have to rely on follow-ups to check job status.

 ### 7. Streamlined Issue Management with Visual Clarity

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Swapnil S. | Sr Finance analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Streem?**

I use Streem for documenting, tracking, and managing issues during day-to-day operations, and I really like how it helps me capture photos and videos directly from the field. Streem greatly simplifies issues documentation and communication through visual context. The ability to capture photos, annotate them, and share everything on one central platform makes it so much easier to accurately explain issues and avoid miscommunication. The initial setup was quite easy and straightforward for our team, and the platform is user-friendly, allowing us to get started quickly without needing extensive training.

**What do you dislike about Streem?**

While Streem is very effective overall, there are a few areas that could be improved. At times, navigating different issues or projects can feel slightly repetitive, especially when handling a high volume of items. Improving filtering, search, or bulk update capabilities could make managing multiple issues even more efficient.

**What problems is Streem solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Streem to document, track, and manage issues efficiently, reducing miscommunication through visuals. It improves clarity and speeds up issue resolution by capturing photos and videos directly from the field.

 ### 8. Revolutionized Our Remote Networking Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rexrode L. | Senior Network Engineer & IT-Infrastruktur-Experte, Computer Networking, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Streem?**

I appreciate how Streem seamlessly combines live visual support, AR annotation, and GDPR-compliant security into one reliable tool, which is critical for our enterprise network support in Germany. The AR drawing and annotation tools stand out as they let me guide on-site staff directly on their screens to identify issues in real time, eliminating misunderstandings almost entirely. I love that there's no heavy installation required for end users, allowing us to start sessions quickly without complicated setup, which dramatically cuts down resolution time. Streem's built-in security and compliance framework aligns perfectly with German data protection requirements, letting us provide remote visual support confidently while meeting strict GDPR standards. The straightforward and low-effort initial setup was also a big plus compared to other tools we've used.

**What do you dislike about Streem?**

Occasionally, video quality and latency can drop in low-bandwidth field locations, which makes precise AR annotations more difficult during critical troubleshooting. The platform also has limited integration with our existing network monitoring and ticketing tools like SolarWinds and Jira, so we have to manually transfer session details and screenshots instead of having automated workflows.

**What problems is Streem solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Streem to eliminate delays in diagnosing network issues by visually identifying problems in real time, reducing expensive on-site visits. It boosts first-time fix rates with AR annotations, streamlines collaboration, and ensures GDPR-compliant security.

 ### 9. Made remote Support Much Easier for Us

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yashdeep S. | Technical Support Executive, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Streem?**

What i liked most was that it made things easier during support session. Instead of explaining everything on calls, we could just show the issue directly, which saved time. It was also pretty simple to use, so nobody had much trouble getting used to it.

**What do you dislike about Streem?**

Somtimes the session quality was a bit inconsistent for se, especially when the internet wasn't stable. There were also a few moments where it look extra time to find certain options. Nothing major, but it could feel slightly frustrating once in a while.

**What problems is Streem solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It mostly helped during support and troubleshooting. Instead of trying to explain over messages or calls, we could directly the issue, which made things quicker, It saved time and made communication a lot easier for the team

 ### 10. Revolutionizes Remote Support but Needs Better Connectivity Handling

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Misener W. | System Deployment Engineer, Information Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Streem?**

I like how incredibly straightforward Streem makes remote visual support for B2B. No app downloads or complicated login steps are required—you just send a link, the customer opens their camera, and you can see exactly what’s going on. The AR annotation tools, like drawing, pointing, and highlighting, make guidance clear, allowing us to resolve more issues on the first call without needing to send a technician onsite. Streem is reliable, fast, and integrates perfectly into our existing support workflow. It just works, making both our team's and our customers' lives easier. Additionally, the initial setup was surprisingly quick and straightforward compared to most enterprise tools we’ve implemented.

**What do you dislike about Streem?**

The biggest one is that performance can drop on slower mobile connections. When customers have weak cellular service, the video can lag or freeze, which makes AR annotations less reliable and slows down troubleshooting.

**What problems is Streem solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Streem for live visual support and remote assistance, solving issues with slow verbal troubleshooting and reducing unnecessary on-site visits. It enhances communication, resolves issues on first calls, reduces travel costs, and fits seamlessly into our workflow.

 ### 11. An Easy and Efficient Tool for Managing Advertising Campaigns

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Asal H. | digital marketing assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Streem?**

What I like most about Stream is how easy it is to use. The layout is simple and it’s easy to manage different advertising tasks in one place. I also like being able to see the campaign results clearly, which helps me understand what is working and what needs improvement. Overall, it makes managing advertising campaigns faster and less complicated.

**What do you dislike about Streem?**

One thing I dislike about Stream is that some features can be a little confusing at first, especially for new users. It can take some time to understand all the tools and options available. I also think the platform could improve its customization options to make campaign management more flexible. Overall, it works well, but there is still room for improvement.

**What problems is Streem solving and how is that benefiting you?**

i think Stream helps solve the problem of managing and organizing advertising campaigns in one place. Instead of using multiple tools, the platform allows users to plan, track, and analyze their campaigns more efficiently. This benefits me because it saves time and makes it easier to monitor performance and make improvements to my advertising strategies.

 ### 12. Revolutionizes Remote Support with Real-Time Visuals

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ravikant C. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Streem?**

I really appreciate how Streem provides real-time visual clarity, which instantly removes confusion by allowing me to see the exact problem in real time, saving time and reducing frustration for both sides. The AR annotations are incredibly helpful; being able to draw, point, and add visual markers on the live video feed turns a basic video chat into an interactive guided experience, making troubleshooting much easier and more precise. I also like that there is no need for customers to download an app, as they can simply click a link or open a session in their browser, which improves the experience and increases adoption. Streem improves first-contact resolution since support teams can often fix issues on the first interaction due to the visual context and guidance it provides. It also saves travel time and costs by reducing unnecessary onsite visits, allowing for remote assessments and sometimes fixes. Capturing information in real time, including measurements and serial numbers, ensures accurate data is captured once and not pieced together later, aiding in documentation and follow-up work. Also, the ability to collaborate effectively by bringing in experts or sharing what's happening for faster decision-making enhances teamwork. Customers love the quick support, visual guidance, and clarity, which makes the experience feel more personal and professional.

**What do you dislike about Streem?**

Streem's effectiveness can be limited by the customer's device camera quality, which may result in slower or less accurate diagnosis if the camera is low-resolution or has poor focus. Some customers, especially those who are less tech-savvy, might struggle with using the technology effectively, such as positioning the camera or granting permissions, which can delay the start of sessions. The platform's performance can degrade in low-bandwidth areas, making video support less reliable. There is a learning curve for advanced features like AR annotations and capture tools, which may not be fully utilized without formal training. While the app-less approach is convenient, it could limit more complex support scenarios and miss opportunities for persistent user experiences. Streem might still require on-site involvement for very complex diagnostics beyond simple issues.

**What problems is Streem solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streem gives visual context in support calls, eliminating unnecessary visits and enabling remote issue resolution with AR annotations. It captures accurate data on the first try, enhancing collaboration, saving costs, and improving customer experience.

 ### 13. Simplifies Troubleshooting with Real-Time Visual Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ember L.

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Streem?**

I use Streem for real-time remote support and troubleshooting. It helps me share my camera or screen so issues can be resolved quickly and clearly. I like how Streem solves communication and troubleshooting problems by allowing real-time visual support, which reduces confusion because the support person sees exactly what I see, so there's no guessing. During device setup, like installing a router or printer, being able to show exactly what I'm seeing makes troubleshooting much faster. Streem also made software navigation smoother by allowing me to share my screen in real time, which is simple and effective. I appreciate that the real-time visual support removes guesswork from communication. The initial setup of Streem was very easy, requiring only downloading the app or accessing a session link, with the interface being straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Streem?**

One area that could be improved is connection stability—sometimes the video or screen sharing lags, especially on slower networks. I experience occasional session drops, delayed responses, and lag during video or screen sharing.

**What problems is Streem solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Streem for real-time remote support, solving communication and troubleshooting problems by allowing real-time visual support. It reduces confusion and guesswork with its simple and effective visual support, making troubleshooting faster.

 ### 14. Revolutionizes Shopper Support, Needs More Customization

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Freddie S.

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Streem?**

I love Streem's app-free, SMS/link-based access, which makes it incredibly easy for shoppers to connect with us without any downloads or account setups. This feature has resulted in a high shopper adoption rate, as over 90% of Streem support interactions are completed without any pushback. The retail-optimized AR markup and guided visual assistance are fantastic, solving the 'show, don’t tell' problem effectively for both shoppers and staff. Setting up Streem was also incredibly fast and intuitive, requiring no technical support, yet we managed to have a fully functional platform running in just one business day.

**What do you dislike about Streem?**

I don't like that there are no store-specific AR tool presets available. Our stores have different needs—a BOPIS-heavy store might rely more on the AR circle/text tools, while an in-store-focused store would use the AR pointer tool more often. But since there are no presets, associates have to manually select their most-used tools for every session. It’s a small but repetitive task that adds up when you have over 50 daily sessions per store.

**What problems is Streem solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Streem to provide real-time visual assistance, eliminating visual miscommunication in shopper support and offering app-free, SMS-based access for quick resolutions, reducing negative feedback and support times.

 ### 15. Powerful AR Platform with Network Dependency Challenges

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** saloni c.

**Reviewed Date:** January 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Streem?**

I really like how Streem allows me to see what the customer sees in real time through their smartphone camera, which is super helpful for problems like field inspection and expert consultation. The most appealing aspect of Streem is the intimate connection it creates between the creator and the audience, fostering a strong sense of community. I also value the capabilities of their remote visual assistance platform, particularly the augmented reality spatial tools and remote video assistance. These features are frequently used and have a significant impact.

**What do you dislike about Streem?**

I find that while Streem is recognized for enabling remote visual support via AR, there are challenges such as a high dependency on network connectivity. Additionally, the initial setup can vary from very easy to challenging, with many users encountering a steep learning curve that can take up to 50 hours of preparation.

**What problems is Streem solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streem allows me to see what the customer sees in real time via their smartphone camera, solving problems like field inspection and expert consultation.

 ### 16. Effortless Remote Collaboration & Real-Time Marking

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lee S.

**Reviewed Date:** January 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Streem?**

I like how Streem allows me to collaborate with my team remotely on product prototypes in real time without having to send pictures back and forth. The live screen sharing is super smooth, even with average internet, and I don't experience any lag or need to deal with complicated setups. I also appreciate being able to freeze the live frame to mark details, which is super helpful for not missing anything when discussing specific spots. The initial setup is super easy—just clicking a link, granting camera and mic access, and I'm in a session within 10 seconds with no downloads or installs needed. Using Streem has made remote problem-solving way less messy compared to what we used to do with WhatsApp video calls and photo sharing. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone needing a tool for remote visual collaboration.

**What do you dislike about Streem?**

The annotation tools are basic, wish there were more options like different colored highlighters or shape tools for marking.

**What problems is Streem solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Streem to collaborate remotely on product prototypes, marking details in real time, avoiding rework from miscommunication. This makes remote problem-solving way less messy.

 ### 17. Streem Helps Our Team Assess Maintenance Issues Faster and More Accurately

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Staffing and Recruiting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Streem?**

What I like best about Streem is that it makes remote issue assessment much faster and clearer. In property management, tenants often struggle to explain maintenance concerns accurately, so being able to see the issue live helps us understand the condition right away, ask better follow-up questions, and determine whether a vendor is needed. It reduces unnecessary back-and-forth, helps us document visible issues more clearly, and improves communication between our team, tenants, and maintenance vendors.

**What do you dislike about Streem?**

One area that could be improved is consistency in connection quality during live sessions. If the tenant has weak service, video clarity can drop and make it harder to assess details in real time. The user experience could also be a little more intuitive for first-time users, especially tenants who are not very tech-savvy. Improving those areas would make the process smoother and reduce friction during remote inspections.

**What problems is Streem solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streem solves the problem of trying to diagnose maintenance issues based only on written descriptions or phone calls. Before using it, our team often had to rely on incomplete tenant explanations, which could lead to unnecessary vendor dispatches or delays in getting the right repair scheduled. With Streem, we can visually verify the issue, ask the tenant to show the affected area live, and make faster decisions about next steps. This saves time, improves accuracy, helps us prioritize maintenance more effectively, and creates a better experience for both tenants and property owners.

 ### 18. Streem Fits Seamlessly Into My Daily Workflow—Effortless Calls, Strong Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dharmik V. | Associate Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Streem?**

What I like best about Streem is how naturally it fits into my daily routine, even when I’m using it 11 to 12 times a day. The ease of use makes every call feel effortless, with a clean layout that keeps me focused on the conversation instead of the controls. The ease of implementation was a relief too—getting my team onboard didn’t require long tutorials or complicated steps. Whenever I’ve needed help, the customer support has been responsive and reassuring, which builds confidence in relying on the platform so often. The range of features—from video clarity to interactive tools—feels well-balanced, offering depth without overwhelming me. And with its ease of integration into calendars and workflows, Streem becomes more than just a video tool; it’s a seamless extension of how I collaborate every day.

**What do you dislike about Streem?**

Although Streem has become a reliable tool in my daily workflow, there are a few aspects that feel less refined from a user’s perspective. The interface can sometimes feel cluttered, especially when switching between its many interactive features during frequent use. While the implementation was straightforward, I’ve noticed that certain advanced functions require extra guidance, which slows down the pace when I’m using it 11 to 12 times a day. The customer support, though helpful, occasionally takes longer than expected to respond, which can be frustrating in time‑sensitive situations. Its range of features is impressive, but at times it feels like too much is packed in, making simple tasks take longer than they should. The integration with external tools works, but not always as seamlessly as I’d like, leaving small gaps in efficiency. Overall, these issues don’t overshadow its strengths, but they do remind me that Streem still has room to grow into a smoother, more polished experience.

**What problems is Streem solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streem addresses the challenge of making remote communication feel genuinely interactive, and it benefits me in ways I didn’t expect. Rather than relying on vague descriptions, I can use its visual tools to show or highlight exactly what needs attention, which saves time and helps prevent misunderstandings. The platform also tackles the problem of distance in customer support by letting me guide people as if I were physically present, reducing the need for unnecessary travel or avoidable delays. With frequent use—sometimes 11 to 12 times a day—I’ve seen that it can handle back-to-back sessions consistently without disrupting the flow. It also helps solve the issue of fragmented workflows by integrating smoothly with calendars and other tools, so everything stays connected. Overall, Streem benefits me by turning complex interactions into clear, efficient, and reliable experiences, making collaboration faster and more effective.

 ### 19. Intuitive Streaming with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luis Eduardo G. | administrative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Streem?**

I use Streem to broadcast events, create tutorials, and have real-time chats. One of the things I love about Streem is its ease of use and the interactivity it offers. The platform is intuitive, making it accessible for anyone, regardless of their technical skill level, to stream events or create tutorials seamlessly. I also enjoy the ability to collaborate with others in real time, effortlessly inviting guests or co-hosts to enrich the experience and offer different perspectives. Streem's live editing tools, which allow enhancements while streaming, are great for making engaging tutorials by adding graphics, highlighting key points, or even including audience questions instantly. Additionally, setting up Streem was straightforward for me and my team, thanks to the guided interface and helpful tutorials that made it easy to configure our streams.

**What do you dislike about Streem?**

Some aspects that could be improved in Streem include connection stability in certain areas, as there can sometimes be interruptions in the transmission. I've also noticed that, although the interface is intuitive, some new users may feel overwhelmed by the number of available features. Additionally, technical support could use some enhancement.

**What problems is Streem solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streem lets me reach a wider audience without venue constraints and enhances live content with instant editing tools for engaging tutorials. It also allows real-time collaboration by easily inviting guests or co-hosts.

 ### 20. Revolutionizes Remote Collaboration with Real-Time Visuals

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrewson .

**Reviewed Date:** December 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Streem?**

I use Streem for remote visual collaboration; the real-time visual collaboration feature is what I like most. Live video, photos, and easy AR annotations make communication clear and fast, helping resolve issues efficiently without in-person visits. The ability to show issues instead of explaining them with live video gives instant clarity, while photos capture details for reference. The AR annotations highlight exact problem areas, making communication faster, reducing errors, and speeding up resolutions. The initial setup was quick and straightforward, easy to install with minimal configuration, allowing me to start a session without hassle.

**What do you dislike about Streem?**

In brief, some things about Streem that don’t work as well and could be improved are occasional connectivity or video quality issues, learning curve for new users, and limited advanced features compared with some full-featured remote support tools.

 ### 21. Intuitive Communication Tool with Room for Growth

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** ADAPA SIMHADRI 2.

**Reviewed Date:** December 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Streem?**

I use Streem to improve communication and collaboration within my team. It helps me share updates, discuss tasks, and stay aligned with everyone in real time. I like most about Streem is how simple and intuitive it is to use. It keeps all communication organized in one place, making it easy to track conversations, share updates, and collaborate without confusion. Streem’s simplicity and intuitive design help our team adopt it quickly without needing much training. Because conversations and updates are well organized, we can easily find past discussions, understand context, and avoid repeating the same questions. Streem helped reduce noise, improve clarity, and made day-to-day collaboration much smoother for the team. The initial setup was very easy and straightforward. Creating an account, inviting team members, and getting started took very little time. Because of its intuitive design, the team was able to start using it right away without any extensive onboarding or training.

**What do you dislike about Streem?**

While Streem works well overall, one area that could be improved is advanced customization options. Having more control over notifications and better filtering for conversations would make it easier to focus on priorities, especially for larger teams. Additionally, more integrations with other tools could further improve workflow efficiency.

**What problems is Streem solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Streem to improve team communication and collaboration by organizing conversations, reducing misunderstandings, and integrating updates and feedback in one place, which enhances clarity, response time, and alignment on priorities.

 ### 22. Elevates Customer Service with AR and Easy Setup

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ricky L.

**Reviewed Date:** December 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Streem?**

I love Streem's AR annotation tools that let me draw, point, and annotate directly on the live video feed. It's a feature that stands out and is a big reason users appreciate Streem. Another thing I find especially valuable is that no app download is required; Streem works through a web link that opens in a browser, making it very convenient for customers to join a session. The setup was very easy with no complex installation, just creating an account, configuring basic settings, and sessions work via a simple web link, which made onboarding and starting sessions quick and user-friendly.

**What do you dislike about Streem?**

Occasional performance and connectivity issues are a bit of a problem. Even though the video experience is generally solid, the video quality, screenshots, or AR features can lag or stutter, especially in areas with weak mobile or Wi-Fi signals. Also, the limited customization options are a drawback. I'd like more control over logos/colors, the ability to tailor which tools appear during sessions, and customizable fields or checklists to better match our internal processes and integrations.

**What problems is Streem solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streem eliminates guesswork in support, reduces unnecessary site visits, and improves customer satisfaction by using live video, AR, and AI tools.

 ### 23. Stream: optimize communication and engagement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexandra F. | CIO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Streem?**

The advantages of the Stream video conferencing platform are its ease of use, which allows meetings to be launched quickly without technical complications. It also offers good audio and video quality, making interactions smoother and more natural. Stream promotes remote collaboration with features like screen sharing, integrated chat, and the ability to easily manage multiple participants. Finally, it saves time and keeps you connected with your team, even remotely, while ensuring a professional and secure environment for meetings.

**What do you dislike about Streem?**

The disadvantages of the Stream video conferencing platform may include a reliance on internet connection quality, which can affect the smoothness of calls or video quality. Some advanced features may be less intuitive for new users, requiring an adaptation period. Additionally, for very large meetings, managing participants can sometimes be less convenient than on other more specialized platforms. Finally, the experience may lack certain interactive or playful options that other video conferencing tools offer to energize exchanges.

**What problems is Streem solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stream primarily solves problems related to broadcasting and sharing live content. It allows reaching a wide audience, even remotely, and facilitates the communication of information in real-time, whether for presentations, training, or events. It also helps reduce travel constraints and centralizes access to content for all participants.

The benefits I gain from it are numerous: better accessibility to information, a considerable time saving, and the ability to address a large audience interactively. Stream also helps to enhance participant engagement, thanks to features like chat, polls, or Q&A, while offering a professional and smooth experience for everyone.

 ### 24. Revolutionized Remote Support with AR Capabilities

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** mali d. | Sr. account executive , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Streem?**

I love the AR (augmented reality) tools in Streem, which allow me to draw directly on the customer's screen, making guidance and troubleshooting much more efficient and less prone to confusion. The high-quality video streaming is impressive, providing clear visuals even with low bandwidth, essential for accurate decision-making during inspections or diagnosing issues. I am very satisfied with the no-app, no-download experience that Streem offers. This feature streamlines the process for customers, reducing friction and enhancing satisfaction by allowing them to join a call with just a simple link. I also appreciate Streem's easy documentation capabilities, which include automatic screenshots, notes, and case logs that save time and improve record-keeping. The user-friendly interface of Streem makes it straightforward for both agents and customers to use, contributing to a smoother workflow. Moreover, I find the smooth integration with existing CRM or support tools extremely beneficial, as it enhances overall operational efficiency. Lastly, the capability for remote inspections proves super helpful for verifying issues or approvals without needing to be physically present.

**What do you dislike about Streem?**

I experience occasional connectivity issues with Streem. Despite the generally good video quality, the session can lag or disconnect if the customer is in a very low-network area. I find the customization options limited. I'd like the ability to customize branding, UI colors, or the customer joining page more deeply. While the AR tools are helpful, they can feel basic at times. It would be beneficial to have more advanced features like better object tracking, more drawing options, or automatic highlighting features. The document capture feature could also be improved. Sometimes, capturing documents or small text isn't perfectly sharp, especially in dim lighting.

**What problems is Streem solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streem reduces site visits with remote inspections, speeds up issue resolution via video and AR, cuts costs by avoiding unnecessary dispatches, improves clarity and customer satisfaction, saves time per case, enables accurate diagnostics, decreases escalations, and enhances team efficiency.

The AR tools are particularly impressive, as they allow me to draw, point, or highlight areas directly on the live video, eliminating confusion and making communication crystal clear. ### 27. A Must-Have for Remote Troubleshooting

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James M.

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Streem?**

I've been using Streem for about a year and a half, primarily for remote assistance and collaborative problem-solving, which has proved indispensable, especially in guiding smart home setups and debugging software glitches in real time. The platform effortlessly bridges the gap between being physically present and solving issues remotely. The trial experience was phenomenal, as Streem's 3D-locked freeze-frames, QR guest access, and multi-angle fusion ensured quick and effective resolutions even under challenging conditions like shaky 4G connections or dimly lit warehouses. Setup was incredibly straightforward, with features like Google SSO and LiDAR auto-detect that allowed me to begin annotating in 3D within minutes. Streem's ability to drastically reduce truck rolls by 92% and cut misdiagnosis by 85% has significantly boosted my operational efficiency and client satisfaction, making it financially beneficial. Features like AR annotations, QR guest magic, and AI-enhanced vision are essential for my daily diagnostics, slashing session times and enabling precise fixes. Multi-angle fusion in particular has been crucial for complex tasks in dim warehouse environments, adding a new level of precision to remote diagnostics. The integration with other tools like Salesforce, Slack, and Zapier enhances my productivity by automating workflows, reducing admin chores by 60%, and speeding up billing cycles. The incredible capability of its sub-millimeter 3D lock, which maintains precision and stickiness even in challenging conditions, truly stands out by enabling first-attempt solutions and flawless multi-angle integration.

**What do you dislike about Streem?**

I find Streem to be nearly perfect, yet it struggles in areas with poor connectivity. In situations such as basement warehouses or remote rooftops, a flicker in 4G signal results in the resetting of 3D locks and the loss of AI functionalities. I would gladly invest extra for an 'Offline Pro Mode' to benefit from local 3D caching, on-device AI, and automated sync opportunities. Such improvements would make Streem not just fantastic but truly unstoppable, eliminating the need for physical presence during poor signal conditions.

**What problems is Streem solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Streem to obliterate remote fix bottlenecks, slashing truck rolls by 92%, cutting misdiagnosis by 85%, and tripling remote job capacity. It transforms diagnostics with 3D AR for quick, precise solutions, saving me $30K+ annually and giving back significant time.

Streem has empowered our team to visually diagnose and resolve customer issues more accuratly.
Streem is very easy to use for both parties, as it requires no app to be installed.
The ability to use AR overlays and screenshots that capture serial numbers have been very useful.

Most of all our Streem Rep Maricel Gamolo has made this integration very seemless. She provides updates and listen to our needs and respond quickly.

**What do you dislike about Streem?**

So far no dislike but they are always improving their services.
The only issue is usually on the end user side, where the mobile device we are calling may have bad netwrok connections.

**What problems is Streem solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streem allowed us to be onsite remotely with the installer/dealer, this allowed our tech team to see what they see and capture images and videos of the issues that are being faced on site.
Our resolution rate has increased and prevents returns for analayis which saves both parties on shipping costs and time spent on site.

 ### 41. Excellent product that has improved customer experience

 ### 44. Fantastic program to quickly resolve issues with equipment repair.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeff F. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2023

**What do you like best about Streem?**

Seeing exactly what the tech is looking at while resolving the repair will speed up the call. Great time saver. Also allows the customer service person to see other things that the dealer tech does not talk about but also needs attention. Creating a video that others can review has proven to be a great tool.

**What do you dislike about Streem?**

Everything is working great. The connectivity can be an issue but that is not streems fault. Getting the voice included with the video has been a challenge due to software working together.

**What problems is Streem solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allowing the customer service person to see what the dealer tech is working on so the correct repair and part numbers can be provided. First call resolution and short time on the phone is great.

 ### 45. Streem is awesome and would recommend for all businesses to use this tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Danielle G. | warranty/trouble shooting customer service agent, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 01, 2021

**What do you like best about Streem?**

The convenience of being able to view the issue in real time when diagnosing problems, walking a customer through a step by step procedure and being able to share the streem with co workers when a case is needed to be escalated or just need a second pair of eyes or opinion on a case. It is also very convenient that the customer does not have to download the app. We just have to send them a text and then we are ready to streem. The process is very simple and easy to use. It also eliminates having to take someones word as to why something went wrong. We can streem and visibly see what went wrong and what caused the issue at hand thanks to streem. Doesn't take up memory space on my computer. If the customer has a phone with a camera we are able to streem and that is so convenient.

**What do you dislike about Streem?**

My only complaint would be that it there is a lag when taking screenshots and the playback can sometimes be choppy while Streeming, it would be great if you can use this tool offline and most of the time it takes a while for the video to upload when you need to share the streem for co-workers to view the video. Sometimes the audio echos and is hard to understand the customer. I'm not sure if you are able to join more than 2 people in a streem but if you can't than that should be considered to have group streems. for example, if I need to set up a dealer to come to a customers home we could streem with the dealer and customer on the streem at the same time and that would eliminate any cross confusion.

**What problems is Streem solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Instead of describing an issue I can see it right away and helps resolve an issue faster and accurately. This tool allows us to verify if the customer is at fault or if its a mechanical problem with our product. This app basically verifies the truth instead of taking someones word for it. Much easier to share info with co-workers. There is no download time and the screen shots and videos are very clear and able to view everything perfectly. There is also immediate play back and does not take up my memory space.

The screenshots are taken in a higher quality than the video. this makes it easier to screenshot issues and show the problem in detail. Also the laser pointer and drawing features make it so much easier to aide the customer.

**What do you dislike about Streem?**

Only issue is the process it takes to provide the other person with the information and link. But there is no other way around this that would be possible.

**What problems is Streem solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping me find what issues would void a warranty. Helping the technician show the issues I am dealign with on specific equipment. Or a tool to better explain myself than a phone call.
