
I like how incredibly straightforward Streem makes remote visual support for B2B. No app downloads or complicated login steps are required—you just send a link, the customer opens their camera, and you can see exactly what’s going on. The AR annotation tools, like drawing, pointing, and highlighting, make guidance clear, allowing us to resolve more issues on the first call without needing to send a technician onsite. Streem is reliable, fast, and integrates perfectly into our existing support workflow. It just works, making both our team's and our customers' lives easier.
