"Revolutionizes Shopper Support, Needs More Customization"
What do you like best about Streem?

I love Streem's app-free, SMS/link-based access, which makes it incredibly easy for shoppers to connect with us without any downloads or account setups. This feature has resulted in a high shopper adoption rate, as over 90% of Streem support interactions are completed without any pushback. The retail-optimized AR markup and guided visual assistance are fantastic, solving the 'show, don’t tell' problem effectively for both shoppers and staff. Setting up Streem was also incredibly fast and intuitive, requiring no technical support, yet we managed to have a fully functional platform running in just one business day. What do you dislike about Streem?

I don't like that there are no store-specific AR tool presets available. Our stores have different needs—a BOPIS-heavy store might rely more on the AR circle/text tools, while an in-store-focused store would use the AR pointer tool more often. But since there are no presets, associates have to manually select their most-used tools for every session. It’s a small but repetitive task that adds up when you have over 50 daily sessions per store. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful AR Platform with Network Dependency Challenges"
What do you like best about Streem?

I really like how Streem allows me to see what the customer sees in real time through their smartphone camera, which is super helpful for problems like field inspection and expert consultation. The most appealing aspect of Streem is the intimate connection it creates between the creator and the audience, fostering a strong sense of community. I also value the capabilities of their remote visual assistance platform, particularly the augmented reality spatial tools and remote video assistance. These features are frequently used and have a significant impact. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Streem?

I find that while Streem is recognized for enabling remote visual support via AR, there are challenges such as a high dependency on network connectivity. Additionally, the initial setup can vary from very easy to challenging, with many users encountering a steep learning curve that can take up to 50 hours of preparation. "Effortless Remote Collaboration & Real-Time Marking"
What do you like best about Streem?

I like how Streem allows me to collaborate with my team remotely on product prototypes in real time without having to send pictures back and forth. The live screen sharing is super smooth, even with average internet, and I don't experience any lag or need to deal with complicated setups. I also appreciate being able to freeze the live frame to mark details, which is super helpful for not missing anything when discussing specific spots. The initial setup is super easy—just clicking a link, granting camera and mic access, and I'm in a session within 10 seconds with no downloads or installs needed. Using Streem has made remote problem-solving way less messy compared to what we used to do with WhatsApp video calls and photo sharing. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone needing a tool for remote visual collaboration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Streem?

The annotation tools are basic, wish there were more options like different colored highlighters or shape tools for marking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streem Fits Seamlessly Into My Daily Workflow—Effortless Calls, Strong Support"
What do you like best about Streem?

What I like best about Streem is how naturally it fits into my daily routine, even when I’m using it 11 to 12 times a day. The ease of use makes every call feel effortless, with a clean layout that keeps me focused on the conversation instead of the controls. The ease of implementation was a relief too—getting my team onboard didn’t require long tutorials or complicated steps. Whenever I’ve needed help, the customer support has been responsive and reassuring, which builds confidence in relying on the platform so often. The range of features—from video clarity to interactive tools—feels well-balanced, offering depth without overwhelming me. And with its ease of integration into calendars and workflows, Streem becomes more than just a video tool; it’s a seamless extension of how I collaborate every day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Streem?

Although Streem has become a reliable tool in my daily workflow, there are a few aspects that feel less refined from a user’s perspective. The interface can sometimes feel cluttered, especially when switching between its many interactive features during frequent use. While the implementation was straightforward, I’ve noticed that certain advanced functions require extra guidance, which slows down the pace when I’m using it 11 to 12 times a day. The customer support, though helpful, occasionally takes longer than expected to respond, which can be frustrating in time‑sensitive situations. Its range of features is impressive, but at times it feels like too much is packed in, making simple tasks take longer than they should. The integration with external tools works, but not always as seamlessly as I’d like, leaving small gaps in efficiency. Overall, these issues don’t overshadow its strengths, but they do remind me that Streem still has room to grow into a smoother, more polished experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Streaming with Room for Improvement"
What do you like best about Streem?

I use Streem to broadcast events, create tutorials, and have real-time chats. One of the things I love about Streem is its ease of use and the interactivity it offers. The platform is intuitive, making it accessible for anyone, regardless of their technical skill level, to stream events or create tutorials seamlessly. I also enjoy the ability to collaborate with others in real time, effortlessly inviting guests or co-hosts to enrich the experience and offer different perspectives. Streem's live editing tools, which allow enhancements while streaming, are great for making engaging tutorials by adding graphics, highlighting key points, or even including audience questions instantly. Additionally, setting up Streem was straightforward for me and my team, thanks to the guided interface and helpful tutorials that made it easy to configure our streams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Streem?

Some aspects that could be improved in Streem include connection stability in certain areas, as there can sometimes be interruptions in the transmission. I've also noticed that, although the interface is intuitive, some new users may feel overwhelmed by the number of available features. Additionally, technical support could use some enhancement. "Real time video help that feels natural!"
What do you like best about Streem?

What stands out to me is how quickly I can jump into a live session without planning ahead. I just open the app start my camera and share what I am seeing. The drawing tools feel very smooth and I find myself using them every single time. I also like that my teammates can follow along easily even if they are not very technical. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Streem?

The onboarding screens were a bit too busy for my liking. I sometimes lose my past sessions because the history is not very clear. The battery usage on my phone is higher than I expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Revolutionizes Remote Collaboration with Real-Time Visuals"
What do you like best about Streem?

I use Streem for remote visual collaboration; the real-time visual collaboration feature is what I like most. Live video, photos, and easy AR annotations make communication clear and fast, helping resolve issues efficiently without in-person visits. The ability to show issues instead of explaining them with live video gives instant clarity, while photos capture details for reference. The AR annotations highlight exact problem areas, making communication faster, reducing errors, and speeding up resolutions. The initial setup was quick and straightforward, easy to install with minimal configuration, allowing me to start a session without hassle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Streem?

In brief, some things about Streem that don’t work as well and could be improved are occasional connectivity or video quality issues, learning curve for new users, and limited advanced features compared with some full-featured remote support tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Communication Tool with Room for Growth"
What do you like best about Streem?

I use Streem to improve communication and collaboration within my team. It helps me share updates, discuss tasks, and stay aligned with everyone in real time. I like most about Streem is how simple and intuitive it is to use. It keeps all communication organized in one place, making it easy to track conversations, share updates, and collaborate without confusion. Streem’s simplicity and intuitive design help our team adopt it quickly without needing much training. Because conversations and updates are well organized, we can easily find past discussions, understand context, and avoid repeating the same questions. Streem helped reduce noise, improve clarity, and made day-to-day collaboration much smoother for the team. The initial setup was very easy and straightforward. Creating an account, inviting team members, and getting started took very little time. Because of its intuitive design, the team was able to start using it right away without any extensive onboarding or training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Streem?

While Streem works well overall, one area that could be improved is advanced customization options. Having more control over notifications and better filtering for conversations would make it easier to focus on priorities, especially for larger teams. Additionally, more integrations with other tools could further improve workflow efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Elevates Customer Service with AR and Easy Setup"
What do you like best about Streem?

I love Streem's AR annotation tools that let me draw, point, and annotate directly on the live video feed. It's a feature that stands out and is a big reason users appreciate Streem. Another thing I find especially valuable is that no app download is required; Streem works through a web link that opens in a browser, making it very convenient for customers to join a session. The setup was very easy with no complex installation, just creating an account, configuring basic settings, and sessions work via a simple web link, which made onboarding and starting sessions quick and user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Streem?

Occasional performance and connectivity issues are a bit of a problem. Even though the video experience is generally solid, the video quality, screenshots, or AR features can lag or stutter, especially in areas with weak mobile or Wi-Fi signals. Also, the limited customization options are a drawback. I'd like more control over logos/colors, the ability to tailor which tools appear during sessions, and customizable fields or checklists to better match our internal processes and integrations. "Stream: optimize communication and engagement"
What do you like best about Streem?

The advantages of the Stream video conferencing platform are its ease of use, which allows meetings to be launched quickly without technical complications. It also offers good audio and video quality, making interactions smoother and more natural. Stream promotes remote collaboration with features like screen sharing, integrated chat, and the ability to easily manage multiple participants. Finally, it saves time and keeps you connected with your team, even remotely, while ensuring a professional and secure environment for meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Streem?

The disadvantages of the Stream video conferencing platform may include a reliance on internet connection quality, which can affect the smoothness of calls or video quality. Some advanced features may be less intuitive for new users, requiring an adaptation period. Additionally, for very large meetings, managing participants can sometimes be less convenient than on other more specialized platforms. Finally, the experience may lack certain interactive or playful options that other video conferencing tools offer to energize exchanges. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
