
I find that the AI Recruiter’s automated hiring process is exactly what I need, as it significantly reduces the hours I used to spend on LinkedIn each day. Previously, I had to manually add candidates on LinkedIn, inquire about their job search status, request their resumes, and repeatedly ask the same screening questions. Now, I simply confirm the ideal candidate profile on LinkedIn and let the AI Recruiter take care of the rest. I Recruiter does not connect to my ATS so it cannot push any of the LinkedIn conversation outcomes back into my hiring system and I still have to update the ATS status by hand. It also cannot run multiple outreach tracks properly at the same time so when earlier candidates accept my request it is sometimes hard to tell if the AI ever followed up with them. This means there is a real risk of missing good candidates and I need to manually check the conversation progress for every new LinkedIn connection myself.
