It has increased the ROI of LinkedIn recruiting. The AI automatically communicates with candidates and collects resumes, which reduces the time the team spends on daily candidate interactions. This allows recruiters to focus on designing role profiles, and as a result our team does not need to hire interns or junior recruiters. **What do you dislike about StrategyBrain AI Recruiter?** AI Recruiter currently supports LinkedIn only and does not work with other social media or job platforms. I would like to see it expanded to Indeed. It also does not support automatic interview scheduling through Zoom at this time. **What problems is StrategyBrain AI Recruiter solving and how is that benefiting you?** The ROI for recruiting on LinkedIn has always been challenging. Our team needs to search for candidates on LinkedIn and go through a long process before understanding their interest level, which makes it hard to rely on LinkedIn alone even though it remains an important hiring platform. AI Recruiter effectively reduces the amount of time our team spends on LinkedIn by replacing repetitive work. This helps keep our staffing costs under control. I can focus on designing candidate profiles and following up with interested candidates through more detailed conversations. I assign the rest of the work to the AI. AI Recruiter helps build connections with candidates, send greetings, introduce roles, answer questions, and collect resumes. I no longer need to think about repetitive LinkedIn tasks and can spend my time on other recruiting channels, which has significantly increased the efficiency of resume collection. **What do you dislike about StrategyBrain AI Recruiter?** I cannot directly move interested candidates into our ATS system. Previously, I had to manually add candidates on LinkedIn, inquire about their job search status, request their resumes, and repeatedly ask the same screening questions. Now, I simply confirm the ideal candidate profile on LinkedIn and let the AI Recruiter take care of the rest. This allows me to dedicate more time to planning my hiring strategy, rather than getting bogged down by repetitive administrative tasks. **What do you dislike about StrategyBrain AI Recruiter?** I Recruiter does not connect to my ATS so it cannot push any of the LinkedIn conversation outcomes back into my hiring system and I still have to update the ATS status by hand. It also cannot run multiple outreach tracks properly at the same time so when earlier candidates accept my request it is sometimes hard to tell if the AI ever followed up with them. This means there is a real risk of missing good candidates and I need to manually check the conversation progress for every new LinkedIn connection myself. **What problems is StrategyBrain AI Recruiter solving and how is that benefiting you?** AI Recruiter takes care of the repetitive work of connecting with candidates on LinkedIn and asking about their job search interest so I do not have to do it manually anymore. It has freed up a lot of my time and really cut down on low value busywork in my day. On top of that, AI Recruiter can jump in and answer LinkedIn questions from candidates at any time which helps avoid missed conversations and gives me a much better reply rate ### 4.
