I use AI Recruiter to automate recruiting on LinkedIn, which has greatly improved my work efficiency. I can focus on designing candidate profiles and following up with interested candidates through more detailed conversations.

I assign the rest of the work to the AI. AI Recruiter helps build connections with candidates, send greetings, introduce roles, answer questions, and collect resumes. I no longer need to think about repetitive LinkedIn tasks and can spend my time on other recruiting channels, which has significantly increased the efficiency of resume collection. I find that the AI Recruiter’s automated hiring process is exactly what I need, as it significantly reduces the hours I used to spend on LinkedIn each day. Previously, I had to manually add candidates on LinkedIn, inquire about their job search status, request their resumes, and repeatedly ask the same screening questions. Now, I simply confirm the ideal candidate profile on LinkedIn and let the AI Recruiter take care of the rest. I Recruiter does not connect to my ATS so it cannot push any of the LinkedIn conversation outcomes back into my hiring system and I still have to update the ATS status by hand. It also cannot run multiple outreach tracks properly at the same time so when earlier candidates accept my request it is sometimes hard to tell if the AI ever followed up with them. AI Recruiter allows me to run recruitment projects in non English speaking countries. This has helped me expand my client base. I no longer need to deal with rest issues caused by different time zones. The AI communicates in the local language to introduce roles, answer questions, and request resumes.
