"Stitchflow makes user account management very easy"
What do you like best about Stitchflow?

Before Stitchflow, everything was spreadsheets and manual audits—just going back and making sure people actually got deprovisioned. We have hundreds of SaaS accounts, and it was all on us to track who had access to what. There were always gaps, things getting missed. Now, with Stitchflow, we can actually see how users are provisioned across different applications. It helps us cut down the manual work, and we're not bouncing between different tools trying to piece things together. We’re also working on using it to define our departmental and sub-departmental provisioning, so we know exactly what access someone should have when they start. What do you dislike about Stitchflow?

Would love a Slack integration to notify us about access issues or send out access reviews. Right now, we do that manually, but if we could just ping users or managers straight from Stitchflow, that would be a big help. Also, the more data we can pull in, the better—more attributes, more insights. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Stitchflow makes software license management easy"
What do you like best about Stitchflow?

Managing software licenses used to be a big headache for us. We relied on complex Google Sheets and Excel spreadsheets, constantly cross-referencing user counts with available licenses—super time-consuming and stressful. Stitchflow changed all that. Now, I can easily see who is using what without wasting hours digging through unreliable data. The reporting process is so much more streamlined, and the insights into license utilization help us optimize usage efficiently. The best part is that it's intuitive and user-friendly, saving us a ton of time and money. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stitchflow?

So far, I haven’t found anything major to complain about. If I had to nitpick, it would be that any new platform takes some getting used to. But honestly, the support team is incredibly helpful and responsive, so any small challenges are quickly resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Stitchflow saves us hours every week on offboarding"
What do you like best about Stitchflow?

Before Stitchflow, off-boarding was a huge manual effort. Our business employs a lot of contractors that we were onboarding and off-boarding and spent several hours a week keeping track of accounts between Jira tickets and spreadsheets. Now, with Stitchflow, we have dashboards that let us instantly see discrepancies and can take action with 1-click. It’s been a game changer for our team.

Another huge improvement is how Stitchflow helps with bulk off-boarding. Google Admin Console is clunky and slow, and scripting for bulk removal is risky, as are off-boarding users with different attributes. With Stitchflow, we can reclaim licenses and remove access with 1-click, instead of manually going into each app. It has saved my team so much time and frustration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stitchflow?

I’d love to see even more automation. Right now, Stitchflow is great for off-boarding, but being able to automatically remove licenses from inactive users—like those who haven't logged in for 90 days—would be a massive improvement. Also, better support for apps that don’t integrate with Okta or don’t support SCIM would be valuable. License management across multiple apps could also be more robust. "Great for Spotting Security Gaps Before They Become a Problem"
What do you like best about Stitchflow?

Before Stitchflow, our IT team struggled with auditing user access. We'd manually check Okta groups, digging through profiles to verify permissions, but often, we missed users who should’ve been removed. This created security risks and compliance gaps. Stitchflow gave us real visibility. Now, I can instantly pull reports on who’s in which groups, spot inconsistencies, and clean up access permissions. It’s been a game-changer for keeping our least privileged access in check.

Another huge win was detecting offline devices. We once had a Zoom Room system that showed as "online" but was actually broken. Stitchflow flagged the issue before our execs arrived for a quarterly visit. Before, we wouldn’t have caught that problem until someone complained. The proactive alerting has been incredibly valuable.

Lastly, if there are any issues, the team is on it fast! Whenever I see a bug, they are willing to listen and get it resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stitchflow?

The one area I’d love to see improved is better automation for tools that don’t integrate as smoothly. Right now, we have to manually upload CSVs for some systems, which can be time-consuming. If there were a way to auto-sync that data or even leverage AI to fill in the gaps, it would make things even more seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great visibility into our SaaS apps"
What do you like best about Stitchflow?

Before Stitchflow, everything was just manual and opaque. We were doing onboarding, offboarding, auditing, and everything else either through Okta or logging into each app manually. We had no visibility. Two people with the same title would have totally different permissions across apps like Salesforce, Copper, Jira. And worse, sometimes folks who left two months ago still had access somewhere. We'd literally had to click into apps to see who still works here!

Stitchflow gave us a single pane of glass. We can see the correlations we need; user x has a Salesforce account but isn’t in Okta or user y hasn’t logged into Zendesk as an agent in 30 days - why. It surfaced stuff we didn’t even know to look for. During our domain migration and SSO rollout, it helped us catch legacy users and duplicates before they became a problem. That kind of digging would have taken us forever. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stitchflow?

I wish it could tell us more about relational stuff. Like, “why does this one engineer have different access than the rest of the team?” or “this person’s title and department suggest they should have X. I know they’re coming up with AI reports, so looking forward to those. Basically, if it could call out weird outliers like that, it’d help us ask better questions and fix issues faster. "Stitchflow vastly reduced our manual overhead in SaaS management"
What do you like best about Stitchflow?

Before Stitchflow, we were buried in spreadsheets. Just getting the right data meant pulling from multiple sources—Okta, various systems, other data sources—and then spending hours trying to merge everything into something useful. It was death by a 1000 cuts before renewals. Now, with Stitchflow, we can instantly access what we need without the manual overhead.

One of the biggest wins was automating Slack cleanup. Our team managed to archive about 60% of inactive Slack channels, which has been a huge improvement for organization and usability. People always say there are too many Slack channels, and with Stitchflow, we finally had an easy way to fix that. It’s just a simple point-and-click process now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stitchflow?

Very early on, we had found some issues in their reporting, which made our use of the product challenging. But to their credit, the team fixed it quickly. Now, we’ve operationalized the process—if someone isn't using a product within a set timeframe, access is removed automatically. Would love to see Stitchflow evolve further to give a consolidated, org-wide view of all employee access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Stitchflow saves us hours on SaaS audits"
What do you like best about Stitchflow?

Before Stitchflow, every SaaS renewal had to be manually audited, which was time-consuming and error prone. Now, we get usage stats for all our SaaS products in one platform. It also helps us reconcile licenses without having to manually log into each SaaS platform. One of the biggest features is the ability to stitch multiple SaaS platforms together and query them in a single pane of glass. This has made managing 100s of SaaS tools much more efficient and much less frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stitchflow?

There’s a slight learning curve in setting up the boards initially, but once it’s configured, the time savings are well worth it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Takes the headache out of access control"
What do you like best about Stitchflow?

One of the hardest things in IT is figuring out access control—who's in what groups, what those groups do, who manages them, and where all that information lives. Before Stitchflow, it was a nightmare trying to piece together this data across tools like Google, Zoom, and other systems where names didn’t match or info was missing. Stitchflow makes all of that so much easier. Instead of juggling spreadsheets, exporting CSVs, and manually matching users, I can instantly see patterns, irregularities, and access issues in one place. It saves an insane amount of time and lets me focus on fixing problems instead of hunting them down.

Another big plus is how easy it is to share this data securely. Instead of making multiple spreadsheets for different teams or sensitive groups, I can just share a Stitchflow board and let stakeholders see only what they need. That’s a huge security win and keeps everything more organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stitchflow?

There are still some areas that could be stronger, like device reconciliation. Stitchflow does a good job at automatically matching user data, but more robust asset management would be helpful—especially when users have multiple devices and there’s no clear process for tracking them. It would be great to see more improvements there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
