Just getting the right data meant pulling from multiple sources—Okta, various systems, other data sources—and then spending hours trying to merge everything into something useful. It was death by a 1000 cuts before renewals. Now, with Stitchflow, we can instantly access what we need without the manual overhead. One of the biggest wins was automating Slack cleanup. Our team managed to archive about 60% of inactive Slack channels, which has been a huge improvement for organization and usability. People always say there are too many Slack channels, and with Stitchflow, we finally had an easy way to fix that. It’s just a simple point-and-click process now. **What do you dislike about Stitchflow?** Very early on, we had found some issues in their reporting, which made our use of the product challenging. But to their credit, the team fixed it quickly. Now, we’ve operationalized the process—if someone isn't using a product within a set timeframe, access is removed automatically. Would love to see Stitchflow evolve further to give a consolidated, org-wide view of all employee access. **What problems is Stitchflow solving and how is that benefiting you?** Stitchflow has completely changed how we manage our SaaS services and usage. From eliminating wasted hours in spreadsheets to making app usage data instantly accessible, it’s saved us time and improved efficiency. The democratization of data has also been a huge plus—our FinOps team can self-serve instead of constantly coming to IT for reports.
