It saves a significant amount of time by summarizing customer sentiment, highlighting key risks and opportunities, and surfacing the most important updates without needing to dig through multiple tools or conversations.
The AI-powered weekly summaries and health insights make it easy to stay on top of accounts, prepare for customer calls, and identify growth or churn signals early. It’s also a great operational hub for CS teams, providing quick visibility into engagement, ARR, activity, and overall account momentum.
