I find Statisfy Agentic Customer Success Platform really helpful in monitoring customer health across various touchpoints like Zendesk, HubSpot, Fathom, Gmail, and Jira. I like how the platform proactively gives us updates on changes in customer health and alerts me about escalations or expansion opportunities. It's also useful for my day-to-day preparation for meetings and follow-up emails. The ease of connecting integrations was great, making the initial setup smooth. I appreciate the weekly meetings with our customer success manager, which have been a huge help in setting up agents and workflows.

It is AI-first, every CS workflow has been designed keeping AI in mind so it saves CSMs a lot of manual work and bandwidth. They have a lot of integrations and are very flexible in helping us connect a variety of tools quickly. Moreover, the support and onboarding that we get from Statisfy is excellent. To ensure seamless adoption, the Statisfy CSM has been very hands-on in migrating our workflows to Statisfy and saving us countless hours.

I like the optionality in alert configuration, which is heavily prompt-based, making it highly customizable for different businesses. This is really useful. Their team is world class in terms of the support they provide.
