Spur gets my vote for a consistently human response to what are often mechanical or technical problems. My payroll and taxes get completed on time, and are accurate. I could not be happier. **What do you dislike about Spur?** I have no complaints about Spur's products, their staff or the level of attention I receive. **Recommendations to others considering Spur:** Spur is an easy to use and a user friendly source for many back office services. I only wish I had known of them sooner. **What problems is Spur solving and how is that benefiting you?** Payroll taxes and their filing are a challenge to me. I am no expert in handling these things. Spur gets it done, on time, and will a degree of class that I admire. ### 2. Onboarding is a breeze, our new employees are onboarded using the app on their mobile phones. In addition, payroll runs automatically, and on boarding is a breeze and can be done **What do you dislike about Spur?** It seems so far the I-9 process is usually where new employees make mistakes - failing to do it properly. This isn’t Spur’s fault, I simply need to train new employees by providing them with the instruction materials prior to onboarding. **What problems is Spur solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest benefits among many are: 1- it’s free saving me time and money 2- onboarding via mobile app 3- runs my payroll automatically 4-Awesome customer service, I have an expert assigned. Farhad is doing a phenomenal job at supporting us, he is driven, patient, and customer service oriented. He responds and resolves issues quickly. 5- time tracking anywhere from mobile app, very convenient. 5- offer many benefits to my employees ### 3. Spur dropped the ball every step of the way. From their sales process. To their onboarding. To the weekly service. They overcharged me during one payroll and said they would make it up the following week instead of just fixing the issue immediately. **Recommendations to others considering Spur:** I would look at other options. If it seems too good to be true it probably is. This was a horrible experience. **What problems is Spur solving and how is that benefiting you?** I haven't realized any benefits.
