Gracious counsel, intelligent guidance and a sense of humor. Spur gets my vote for a consistently human response to what are often mechanical or technical problems. As a small business unable to afford expensive payroll software, I like the fact that the Essential plan is actually FREE. Onboarding is a breeze, our new employees are onboarded using the app on their mobile phones. It seems so far the I-9 process is usually where new employees make mistakes - failing to do it properly. This isn’t Spur’s fault, I simply need to train new employees by providing them with the instruction materials prior to onboarding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. The biggest benefits among many are: 1- it’s free saving me time and money 2- onboarding via mobile app 3- runs my payroll automatically 4-Awesome customer service, I have an expert assigned. Farhad is doing a phenomenal job at supporting us, he is driven, patient, and customer service oriented. The promise of an all in one payroll solution was very appealing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Spur? Everything. Spur dropped the ball every step of the way. From their sales process. To their onboarding. To the weekly service. They overcharged me during one payroll and said they would make it up the following week instead of just fixing the issue immediately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
