We had to iron a few issues with them - they were quick to respond and address the problems. We like and appreciate the trigger campaigns they setup for us out of the gate. **What do you dislike about Springbot?** There have been a few updates that more or less made our email templates break - they didn't automatically update to keep them evergreen - they required building over. Could have been our issue and not theirs, but it was an issue. **What problems is Springbot solving and how is that benefiting you?** We've realized a ton of additional exposure in social media platforms using the built in AdRoll allotment. The biggest problem that was solved, was the cart abandonment drop-off. With their tool we now have a flow step/triggered action based email setup to help people complete transactions when they are undecided. This was the situation for my site. I made ZERO sales during the two months I worked with SpringBot.
