A great point of Springbot marketing automation is that it is fantastic. I have email sequences in place that send out from time to time depending on the progress of a particular activity, which has helped me save so much time on personalizing the message. Secretly, it feels awesome to have such a system quietly there doing whatever is necessary - be it continuous lead attraction or keeping the customers engrossed. Among tasks which poses challenges is being able to track the data I need to effectively assess campaign performance. They were quick to demo the product and help us integrate the solution into our e-commerce platform (woocommerce). We had to iron a few issues with them - they were quick to respond and address the problems. We like and appreciate the trigger campaigns they setup for us out of the gate. There have been a few updates that more or less made our email templates break - they didn't automatically update to keep them evergreen - they required building over. We've realized a ton of additional exposure in social media platforms using the built in AdRoll allotment. The biggest problem that was solved, was the cart abandonment drop-off. With their tool we now have a flow step/triggered action based email setup to help people complete transactions when they are undecided.
