**What do you like best about Spotlight.ai?**

Spotlight.ai has been a really useful tool for me and the Cribl sellers. It helps me get to the right insights faster, keeps the work structured, and saves time compared with doing everything manually. The interface is straightforward, the output is clear, and overall it has made the process much more efficient.

**What do you dislike about Spotlight.ai?**

Sellers struggle with downloading decks, adding customizations, and then making changes to spotlight and needing a new downloaded deck, thereby losing any custom content they added. I wish that the artifact decks that came out of spotlight could be dynamically updated.

**What problems is Spotlight.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cribl has a value engineering team that delivers business cases for our customers, but we are a small team and cannot assist with every opportunity. Spotlight  empowers our sellers to have a value conversation and create a custom ROI deliverable when a consultant is not in the room. We still have control over the look/feel of the deliverable, the calculations behind the ROI, and have reportable insights across the org.

**What do you like best about Spotlight.ai?**

I like Spotlight.ai's ease of use and how it highlights the necessary information needed to build Business Value Assessments (BVA's). I enjoy its integration with Salesforce as it stores the source of truth in one place, and I can easily access everything by opening the Salesforce opportunity. The info submitted into Spotlight.ai gets immediately saved in the app, which is really convenient. Also, setting up for implementing sales deal info was easy. I find it very likely to recommend to my colleagues, especially for deals over 500k.

**What do you dislike about Spotlight.ai?**

I had trouble downloading the BVA once completed. It would be great if the app could generate a PDF or slide to share with a customer. I had trouble downloading, so this may be a feature, but I couldn't access it.

**What problems is Spotlight.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Spotlight.ai to highlight positive business outcomes, TCO, and operational overhead. It provides ease of use, helps gather needed customer info, and integrates with Salesforce to store truth in one place, making opportunity access seamless.

I like the fast and effective way to create ROI with Spotlight.ai. The ability to quickly iterate back and forth with my input is also great. It helps me get credibility with customers and moves the sales cycle forward. Plus, the feature to export to PowerPoint is great.

It can be complex to do the input before and after scenario and also small mistakes in numbers create big errors. It would be great with an AI companion to help me highlight possible errors.

I find Spotlight.ai incredibly easy to use and appreciate how quickly it gets things done. It builds 75% of my Google Slides for me, which is a huge timesaver. It's also been super helpful for me to self-serve before involving my Business Value Consultant, and it effectively helps quantify business outcomes and provides a preliminary ROI estimate to secure customer buy-in.

Some of the slides get formatted wonky which need cleanup.

Interface is easy to use. Integrations are easy to configure, with solid support for generating content for PowerPoint and creating slides based on a specific content type. Performance in terms of slide generation time  is sufficient for our use case.

Potential improvements can be made towards the analytics and usage tracking. Deeper integrations into enterprise tools like salesforce could be interesting.

Spotlight allows me to run different scenarios and calculate business cases that can be shared with my customers. The process is streamlined, well structured and flexible at the same time, allowing me to enter all of the information relevant for each opportunity. The results are well presented and can be shared with my customers without additional touches. The depth of information available is astonishing and well structured to control the level of detail needed by ommiting slides from the results.

The process of creating multiple, different scenario-based business cases for each opportunity could be handled better.

I have issues with glitches in data storage, like seeing data that was manually typed go missing.

often drops responses due to latency (even when internet is working fine). A lot of data fields will not sync from Gong. I think my org needs to refine the information collected at each stage because there's too many redundant questions

Very intuitive and super easy to use and implement, both for smaller and more scaled organizations. Cool features, would highlight how AI helps drive discovery and scoring. Tight implementation with Salesforce as well, which is definitely a big plus. The team is stellar, they answered all my questions in no time!

**What do you dislike about Spotlight.ai?**

My only "but" would be that there is no UI in Japanese yet; other than that, I'm eager to discover what more there is to come!

**What problems is Spotlight.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Spotlight guides sale discovery, saving a lot (and by a lot I mean hundreds of hours / month) of time for sales reps and increasing value selling capabilities. Thanks to spotlight, decisions can now be based on real data and metrics, and not simply on the "general fee" sales reps might have. I personally love this tool... in all my years in the industry, I've never come across a platform where you receive a full business-case for every deal.

My team and I have used Spotlight for a few months now. As it helps un during sales discovery, it collects the info we need to build the business case for our prospective customer, which used to take us forever to do.
We found Spotlight just by chance looking for tools that align with our MEDDICC qualification system, and I'm writing this because we are super grateful and they deserve it.

It feels like the product is changing a bit very often. It's cool because they realise new features but it may be a bit too fast.

We implemented MEDDICC a few months ago and we were worried that it was going to be to complex or bothersome for the team. But we found Spotlight inside our Salesforce and it has been the solution. Spotlight's AI guides our team during MEDDICC discovery and scoring like a charm.

We considered moving to Zoho CRM for cost cutting and didn't do it because there is no integration with Spotlight.
