**What do you like best about Spoke?**

I like the real time slack integration. It made me feel that someone was attending to my issue an that I could share any relevant info with ease.

**What do you dislike about Spoke?**

Nothing really. Can't complain when comparing it to a clunky ticketing system like Atlassian/JIRA

**What do you like best about Spoke?**

Hard to narrow it down, but the features that really stand out to me are the aesthetics and personalized branding, ease of use for both admins and learners and excellent customer service. Our rep, Alex, is incredibly professional, responsive and a problem solver.

**What do you dislike about Spoke?**

It's difficult to say what I dislike about the Spoke LMS platform. With every system, there are going to be things you discover you wish you could do a little differently, but one of the great things about Spoke is they actively work on their client's wish list. As an example, when I first signed up, I wished there was an overall course library, where a learner could access any  lesson they wanted to regardless of what they are assigned. Even without that feature, Spoke LMS, was my favorite choice two years ago, and I haven't had any regrets since. Circling back to the course library, that is a feature they are releasing later this year. They are responsive and evolving.

**What problems is Spoke solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The way we are currently using the system we are working to reduce the amount of training time and maximize retention for our new hires and have so far been successful. Our new hires learn the material online first, then come to group practice sessions led by a veteran team member. It has massively reduced the need for one on one trainings and the amount of time it takes our newest team members to be fully trained. The time frame has been reduced by at least one half if not two thirds in some cases AND those team members show in their work product a higher understanding of the big picture they are contributing to.

Being able to schedule modules and plan for new employees starting is super helpful.

**What do you dislike about Spoke?**

I wish the UI was a bit more intuitive. I think it could be improved with a good first time user experience.

It is one of the better LMS platforms I have used.

**What do you like best about Spoke?**

Customer Support/Account Manager works extremely hard to understand needs of our company and provides timely feedback for to all inquiries.

**What do you dislike about Spoke?**

Customized code was delivered with a few issues that were identified by our company.  Did not get comfort level that change was thoroughly tested prior to releasing to us.  With that said, SPOKE resolved the issue and compensated us with free training for our inconvenience.

**Recommendations to others considering Spoke:**

Spoke provides an easy to use platform to allow for training and development of your staff.  Many features are available to make the platform inviting and promotes organic usage which results in well trained, educated and motivated employees.

**What problems is Spoke solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently in contract with SPOKE to better organize our platform to provide for a more easily navigation experience for our associates.    Expecting this engagement will create more utilization of platform.

**What do you like best about Spoke?**

Spoke was highly cost effective solution to bring the learning experience of our end users into the 21st century. With a very easy to navigate interface and a fantastic search facility, it allows us to deliver learning more effectively to the employee. Having the automatic newsletter along with email notifications of new content has really driven utilization. In addition, the gamification elements are proving to be a hit with employees, especially with those that didn't think it would make a difference to them!

Spoke has given us the ability to build a library of resources, that has been invaluable, especially having the ability to load different types of media enabling us to create a rich learning environment. 

With the current pandemic, we have been able to utilize Spoke to deliver truly blended learning solutions by taking advantage of webinar and online content packaged in curriculums, and continuing the learning experience by utilizing the communities for peer-to-peer learning.

The support from Unboxed Technology is world class to me compared to other companies I have interacted with.

**What do you dislike about Spoke?**

It takes a slight adjustment become familiar with how you load and assign curriculum to employees but it doesn't take too long to learn or get familiar with it.

The only other small challenge is not being able to upload certificates of training employees have attended that are external to the organization.

Otherwise, from my perspective, there really isn't a lot to dislike about Spoke.

**What problems is Spoke solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to increase user engagement and encourage greater self-learning. This platform makes it so easy for employees to find the learning they want and to be able to access it from multiple smart devices.

Professional development across 17 campuses that are throughout the state of California. We are able to deliver the same experience to every single teacher despite location, employment status, and during the entirety of the pandemic. Now people who are not teachers are asking for access so that they can take part in Spoke.

figuring out how to set up customers and the org chart. There really needs to be better on-boarding for this.
