What do you like best about Spoke?

I like the real time slack integration. It made me feel that someone was attending to my issue an that I could share any relevant info with ease. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Spoke?

Nothing really. Can't complain when comparing it to a clunky ticketing system like Atlassian/JIRA Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Spoke?

Hard to narrow it down, but the features that really stand out to me are the aesthetics and personalized branding, ease of use for both admins and learners and excellent customer service. Our rep, Alex, is incredibly professional, responsive and a problem solver. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Spoke?

It's difficult to say what I dislike about the Spoke LMS platform. With every system, there are going to be things you discover you wish you could do a little differently, but one of the great things about Spoke is they actively work on their client's wish list. As an example, when I first signed up, I wished there was an overall course library, where a learner could access any lesson they wanted to regardless of what they are assigned. Even without that feature, Spoke LMS, was my favorite choice two years ago, and I haven't had any regrets since. Circling back to the course library, that is a feature they are releasing later this year. They are responsive and evolving. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Customer Support/Account Manager works extremely hard to understand needs of our company and provides timely feedback for to all inquiries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Spoke?

Customized code was delivered with a few issues that were identified by our company. Did not get comfort level that change was thoroughly tested prior to releasing to us. What do you like best about Spoke?

Spoke was highly cost effective solution to bring the learning experience of our end users into the 21st century. With a very easy to navigate interface and a fantastic search facility, it allows us to deliver learning more effectively to the employee. Having the automatic newsletter along with email notifications of new content has really driven utilization. In addition, the gamification elements are proving to be a hit with employees, especially with those that didn't think it would make a difference to them!

Spoke has given us the ability to build a library of resources, that has been invaluable, especially having the ability to load different types of media enabling us to create a rich learning environment.

With the current pandemic, we have been able to utilize Spoke to deliver truly blended learning solutions by taking advantage of webinar and online content packaged in curriculums, and continuing the learning experience by utilizing the communities for peer-to-peer learning.

The support from Unboxed Technology is world class to me compared to other companies I have interacted with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Spoke?

It takes a slight adjustment become familiar with how you load and assign curriculum to employees but it doesn't take too long to learn or get familiar with it.

The only other small challenge is not being able to upload certificates of training employees have attended that are external to the organization.

Otherwise, from my perspective, there really isn't a lot to dislike about Spoke. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
