I find Splashtop Remote Support’s desktop interface intuitive, plain, simple, and easy to use. RDP connections are seamless and work very well compared with other solutions I’ve used. Asset tracking and updates are easy, and file transfers are efficient and handy for updates and software installations. I use CMD to run commands on computers in a non-disruptive way, and I use Splashtop Remote Support for vulnerability patch updates and manual software removals. Its endpoint agent works much better than Ninja One’s did, and connecting to devices remotely is quicker and easier. I also find the interface cleaner, and getting my account set up and installing the tools was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think the web portal could be better organized. It takes too many clicks to get to a computer to check for updates, though I may not be using it the best way possible. Sometimes the computer pop-up appears on the side, and everything gets cut off, so I have to scroll. I’d prefer clicking to open a full page. I’d also like a more potent wake-on-LAN feature.
