"Affordable, Feature-Rich Splashtop with Support That Listens"
5/5
What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Support?

Cost! Features! Support! My last system was very costly and Splashtop is much more affordable and supports more computers. The features are great and growing. Third party path management apps is growing. Support works with me on issues and implementing suggestions to make the system better! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Support?

I have some ideas that would be great but it is not a dislike. I have a list of Scripts and Task that would be great to be able to choose several of the to run instead of one at a time. Again a suggestion but not a dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable, Secure Remote Access That Feels Like You’re There"
5/5
What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Support?

What I love most is how reliable it is for the price. There is nothing worse than lagging when you’re trying to fix a problem on someone else's screen, and Splashtop genuinely feels like you’re sitting right in front of the actual computer. The file transfer and chat functions are seamless, and it doesn't try to be a million different things. It just focuses on being a really great, secure remote tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Support?

If I have to nitpick, the user interface can feel a bit dated compared to some of the newer SaaS tools on the market. It’s totally functional and easy to navigate, but it just doesn't look as modern as it could. I'd also love to see built-in ticketing integrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Remote Access and Update Deployment Across Windows and Mac OS"
5/5
What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Support?

I like being able to deploy the agent through Intune and other methods, and then remotely access devices without any user interaction. It’s also helpful to access the command line and other back-end processes and services on the device without needing to fully remote into it. Finally, the ability to push updates to Windows/Mac OS, as well as to applications, is a big plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Support?

The main thing I think could be improved is the connection speed to the endpoint; sometimes it’s a bit slow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Really Fast Remote Access with Almost No Input Delay"
4/5
What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Support?

It's really fast. Almost no input delay as long as both devices have good internet connection. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Support?

Really wish there was a "backstage" feature, where I would be able to connect to a device without interrupting the end user for things like accessing a printers web interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Remote Support, but Profile Setup Gets in the Way"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Support?

I use Splashtop Remote Support to help users and run updates, and I can assist users remotely when they aren’t physically there. I like being able to use the business app or web portal. I also value remote PowerShell and CMD, along with file transfer. The initial setup was pretty easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Support?

I find the copy-and-paste capability lacking. I also can’t remote into a user’s computer on the company network, even with admin rights, until I’ve logged in on that computer and created my profile. That means I have to go to the computer and log in as myself before I can use Splashtop Remote Support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy, Cost-Effective Remote Support with Occasional Connection Hiccups"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Support?

I find Splashtop Remote Support easy to use and quick, with a lot of options. I like the SOS option because I can connect remotely even when the client isn’t installed or when users are on cell phones. The learning curve is fast, so any tech can learn it quickly and provide fast support. I can help users remotely instead of having them come to the office or plant, which saves time and improves productivity. The setup was pretty easy, and we felt the price and tools offered a better cost benefit than TeamViewer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Support?

Sometimes, when I’m outside the plant, it takes longer to connect. Computers can show as online, but when I click on them, they turn off, meaning they weren’t discovered correctly the first time. When I can’t connect to a user’s computer, both the user and I are left waiting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy-to-Deploy Remote Support at an Affordable Price"
5/5
What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Support?

I like how easy Splashtop Remote Support is to deploy. It makes it quicker and easier for me to help users remotely and relieve their frustration compared with most other tools. I also appreciate that it’s affordable. There are multiple ways to deploy it, and I liked that devices were automatically put into groups. Future deployments are significantly easier. I’m excited about the potential for server alerts, vendor-group customization, and scripting abilities, though I’m still figuring out what I can use it for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Support?

I think the visibility on the computer side could be a little more improved. I’d appreciate seeing more computer details, like the current specs and serial number. It’s nice that it shows the endpoint software available, but I’d like it to show as much as possible about the computer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast, Easy Remote Support with Strong Audit Trails"
5/5
What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Support?

I use Splashtop Remote Support to connect securely from anywhere, anytime, and easily transfer or grab files for users wherever they are. Deployment and setup took very little effort. I can see multiple monitors without having to toggle between each one, and I can lock the keyboard and peripherals while troubleshooting. I can get onto a user’s computer quickly, configure it, and help them within about 30 seconds. I also like that activity is logged and audited so compliance can see who did what. Compared with LogMeIn, Splashtop is easier to manage and a better value for the cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Support?

The only issue I’ve had was with a specific way of deploying the agent, which could create duplicates and connect me to the wrong machine. Splashtop has since resolved it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast, Seamless Remote Access—With a Web Portal That Needs Work"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Support?

I find Splashtop Remote Support’s desktop interface intuitive, plain, simple, and easy to use. RDP connections are seamless and work very well compared with other solutions I’ve used. Asset tracking and updates are easy, and file transfers are efficient and handy for updates and software installations. I use CMD to run commands on computers in a non-disruptive way, and I use Splashtop Remote Support for vulnerability patch updates and manual software removals. Its endpoint agent works much better than Ninja One’s did, and connecting to devices remotely is quicker and easier. I also find the interface cleaner, and getting my account set up and installing the tools was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Support?

I think the web portal could be better organized. It takes too many clicks to get to a computer to check for updates, though I may not be using it the best way possible. Sometimes the computer pop-up appears on the side, and everything gets cut off, so I have to scroll. I’d prefer clicking to open a full page. I’d also like a more potent wake-on-LAN feature. "the dream software for a one man shop"
5/5
What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Support?

remote access, scripts and tasks, helps me be able to do my job whether on campus or at home or even in our computer lab Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Support?

updating the streamer itself seems to be wonky and unreliable. it errors saying its at login screen, or someone is logged in and it will update when they're not logged in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
