"Input Locks and Multi-Screen Support Keep Our Support Running Smoothly"
5/5
What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Support?

My favorite features are the input locks so that support remains uninterrupted, as well as the multi-screen support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Support?

Pricing can be a little high, we're not used to large expenses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Remote Access Anywhere with Multiple Connection Options"
5/5
What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Support?

I like that I can easily see all the computers we’re able to work on. It’s also been nice having a wide variety of ways to connect—whether from my phone or from my computer—so I can provide support even when I’m not at my workstation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Support?

Sometimes the connection can be a little slow. There are also times when random bugs pop up, which can be frustrating. For example, we ran into an issue where disconnecting from a computer would freeze the entire app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable Support Assist Tool"
4/5
What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Support?

I like the ability to have the monitors in the same window, or for each screen. It allows for each team member to work in a way that is most efficient for them. We do not pay for AEM, but when we were onboarding and had the free trial, it was nice to see some things that were caught compared to other systems we use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Support?

Lately I have noticed a delay when trying to connect to user devices. We used splashtop at my previous job as well, and it seemed to connect faster there. At the previous job as well, I had issues with splashtop crashing, but that has not occurred recently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy, Secure Remote Support—Though Screen Sharing Can Lag"
4/5
What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Support?

I like that Splashtop Remote Support makes it quick and easy to access desktops and help someone, whether the session is attended or unattended. I can manage file sharing, pull files from anywhere, and quickly find a machine using the list of users and their computers. It feels secure with the guard rails it has, and deploying it with GPO or an RMM tool is easy. It has plenty of features, scales well, and gives us vulnerability information we can use to assess our security posture. The initial setup was great and really quick; we were able to deploy it with NinjaOne in about a day. Cost, ease of use, and not being locked into a contract were also reasons we switched from TeamViewer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Support?

I sometimes have issues with how long it takes to change screens. The video streaming feels a little heavier than other options. Sometimes being far away from the machine is taxing on either the network or the protocol Splashtop Remote Support uses. I’d also like a fresher look for the client and host software; it’s been a while since it’s been refreshed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy-to-Use Remote Support That Helps Us Work Faster and Costs Less"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Support?

I enjoy the software and ease of use. Being able to do certain things like reboot, refresh the steamer, and see certain statuses quickly helps me support my end users. The price was also a factor, being cheaper than some of the "bigger" software platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Support?

The only thing I could complain about is sometimes the remote takes a long time to load. If I'm on a different network then my clients, sometimes I have to connect to their network to get on the remote. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Convenient, Easy-to-Use Workflow for Faster IT Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Support?

One of the most useful use cases for me is quickly confirming whether an employee is in the office by checking the WAN IP address. As soon as I see our local office IP, I know I can assist them in person instead of going back and forth through a ticket. It’s also very easy to use the integration in the UI to pull up these details when I need them. Overall, it’s a very convenient workflow for me as an IT Support Technician. It also is very useful for setting up new computers remotely for support. I have not seen much AI slop and I appreciate that for onboarding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Support?

Some of the interfaces seem a bit outdated. Pricing could be better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful Remote Management Tools in Splashtop Remote Support"
4/5
What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Support?

What I like the most about Splashtop Remote Support is I can Rename computers, Wake them up, Clear Credentials, Restart, and even remotely update the streamer version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Support?

What I dislike about Splashtop Remote support is on some computers it can be slow. I have one computer I stopped using it cause it was faster to go to the physical computer to fix anything that was needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Remote Support with Useful Insights, but Wake-Up Falls Short"
4/5
What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Support?

I like that Splashtop Remote Support is easy to use. The Info tool tells me a lot, including who is logged in, whether they’re active, and their IP address. That helps me tell who I’m dealing with and whether connecting to the machine might disrupt them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Support?

Wake up has never worked for me, and I sometimes have to refresh the Info tool to get accurate information. I also have to cycle through all three displays to find the window I need. It would be helpful if Splashtop Remote Support highlighted the active window and refreshed the Info tool before I click it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable, Cost-Effective Remote Access with Straightforward UI"
4/5
What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Support?

Lower licensing cost than TeamViewer. Reliable unattended access to user PCs and servers, with good performance even over slower connections. It’s easy to support both Windows and Mac devices, and the UI is straightforward and simple to navigate. Deployment and onboarding are also easy, with multiple options for connecting devices to your company profile. I can collect device details directly from the app without having to remote into the device. It also integrates with ITSM tools if your organization uses ServiceNow or Jira. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Support?

It offers less native integration than Microsoft Remote Help. Managing Macs also adds extra overhead, and it provides fewer enterprise auditing and compliance controls than BeyondTrust. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Splashtop Makes Remote Unattended Access and Deployment Effortless"
5/5
What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Support?

Everything from user management to computer deployment has made our experience with Splashtop amazing. We mainly use it for remote, unattended access to both Mac and Windows computers. We also really like how easy it is to deploy different configurations to computer groups—for example, separating devices that need unattended access from those that don’t. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Support?

Nothing, we love it. We had an issue or two over the years and the support has been great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
