"Proactive AI Boosts CRM Efficiency but Setup Can Be Challenging"
What do you like best about Spiro?

Organizations and users really value Spiro for its proactive AI assistant and its ability to eliminate manual data entry, making it very user-friendly and efficient for sales teams. Key features that stand out include: Automated Data Entry, which drastically reduces time spent on administrative tasks by gathering data from emails, calls, texts, and integrated systems automatically. This feature ensures comprehensive and accurate data is always available for reporting and analytics. Users also appreciate Spiro for its Proactive Reminders and Next Steps, where the AI assistant generates and prioritizes daily to-do lists and follow-ups. The intuitive interface and ease of use are often commended, encouraging high user adoption. Furthermore, Spiro's comprehensive analytics and reporting capabilities are a hit, providing rich, real-time insights with customizable dashboards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Spiro?

Spiro sales CRM software indicates areas for improvement generally fall into: integration difficulties, a steep learning curve for advanced features (like reporting), and occasional data accuracy problems. Some users have also noted a potential time-consuming aspect if integration with existing systems is challenging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined CRM with Automation, Needs More Flexibility"
What do you like best about Spiro?

I like that Spiro eliminates the hassle of manual pipeline updates by tracking deal progress on its own, which saves me tons of daily CRM time. The automated follow-up reminders are my favorite by far; they’re customizable and never miss a beat, taking all the mental load off remembering client check-ins. I also like the top-tier contact management, which pulls in key client details, keeps them organized, and even links related contacts together, so I never lose track of a whole client team. I link Spiro with Slack for quick alerts, which ensures I don't have to check Spiro nonstop during the workday. The initial setup was way simpler than other CRMs I've tried, allowing me to set up my account and tweak pipeline settings in no time. Spiro fits our workflow way better without the extra cost of add-ons required by other products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Spiro?

I wish the customization for the pipeline stages was more flexible. Right now, it’s a little rigid to tweak or add new stages for my specific sales process, I have to work around the preset options a lot. I’d love more flexibility to delete or hide preset pipeline stages I never use, right now, some default stages are locked in, so my pipeline has extra steps that just take up space and make it harder to scan. Also, a simple duplicate stage button would save time instead of building every new stage from scratch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
