On the video interview experience: there's actually a native integration between Spark Hire's video interviewing and assessments and the applicant tracking system that allows your team to view video interviews directly within the ATS, without switching between separate areas. If that's not how it's currently set up for your team, Hadar can help you configure it. It should make a real difference for the day-to-day experience your team is describing.

Regarding your feedback about bulk uploads, with the API you have, you should be able to streamline the process of uploading candidates and jobs into the system. Our Support team can help you get that up and running if you haven't already started the implementation.
