**What do you like best about Softcell Technologies?**

Softcell has consistently demonstrated a strong and capable team that addresses our requirements in each of these areas. Their proactive support ensures smooth operations, quick issue resolution, and dependable service continuity—particularly for our Apple infrastructure and Zoho applications. This has significantly reduced our downtime, streamlined procurement processes, and allowed our internal IT team to focus on strategic initiatives.

**What do you dislike about Softcell Technologies?**

While our overall experience with Softcell has been positive, there are a few areas where we feel there is room for improvement. At times, we have observed slight delays in escalation handling or follow-ups on complex technical issues.
