I have not found anything at this time. They keep amazing me.

I would say do it they are the best in the business.

Easy to work with and have lots of software they can partner you with.

**What do you like best about Insight?**

Technical specialists are knowledgable and get the job done.

**What do you dislike about Insight?**

Their Project Managers, Account Reps, and Billing representatives flat out ignore you and overbill you.

**Recommendations to others considering Insight:**

Do not use them unless it is for 1 short term, very specific project.

**What problems is Insight solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We originally had Hanu(now called Insight) do a Lift and Shift for us to get us onto Azure. The Sales people were not great, but the actual implementation team did a really good job. We thought since they did such a good job with this project, let's give them all of our Azure and Office 365 business. That was a mistake. After that, they flat out ignored us. 
They won't reply to emails, phone calls, anything. They bill you incorrectly and ignore requests to transfer to other companies, attempting to overbill you.
So I can say their implementation team is technically good, but for everything beyond that, stay far away from Insight.

**What do you like best about Insight?**

They manage the entire prject for you and will do as much of the implementation as yu require.

**What do you dislike about Insight?**

The cost can be high depending on what the project entails.

Make you fully plan out what you are looking for

**What problems is Insight solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They working with us and evaluating the the sdwan features.  Cisco SDWAN by far was the best product we looked at.  Insight has helped us on some major product implementation.  They were very helpful during the planning and the rollout.

**What do you like best about Insight?**

1) 24/7 technical support in form of customer support assistance. The prompt response and resolution provided by Insight engineers for any problems is just awesome.
2) Resources having great expertise in latest techs like AI, ML, Cloud Computing, Java, Frameworks, React, which I just loved when working with those folks as a vendor partner.
3) They follow complete agile process strictly and hence, this helped us deliver our product in a timely manner.
4) They even helped us in setting our network configurations, Network security, Remote Machine setup,Remote Troubleshooting, Network Access Security etc.

**What do you dislike about Insight?**

1) Company's organisational structure needs to be revisited, since , sometimes there was lot of time taken for minor approvals from their end. The hierarchy needs to be revisited.
2) Onboarding and retention process needs to be looked at, so that there can be faster and smoother onboarding and low attrition rates.

**Recommendations to others considering Insight:**

1) One of the best companies to take services from. They have wide variety of solution offerings , hence can be considered as a preferred vendor partner.

**What problems is Insight solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1) Transformation of legacy products to new, updated and enhanced products using new cutting edge technologies
2) Providing smart solutions to real business critical problems by leveraging use of AI.
3) Ensuring smooth, timely and optimised deliveries of end to end transformation of products starting from requirement gathering to post deployment support
4) Expertise in multiple domains like healthcare, BFSI, construction, retail etc, which gives an edge over it's competitiors who focus on only 1 or 2 domains.

Primarily helpful for management and employees of the company inorder to maintain transparency.

There is not much dislike in the insights. Everything is good

Small companies can have insights it makes their company employees feel good

**What problems is Insight solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Generally Insight provides feedback to the employees and also if there are any goal management,task and values of the employees can be handled and also communication with high management will be one to one and transparent.

**What do you like best about Insight?**

Everything comes under one hood from consultation to implementation to managing services. Very responsive support team always had a detailed answer to all the queries.

**What do you dislike about Insight?**

Services are really lovely but expensive, I believe they can be reduced. Documentation of things can be improved. Lots of things are really good, to be honest.

**What problems is Insight solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helped in transforming the entire architecture to a cloud-based framework. The support of the data center was the most crucial and both coming together satisfied my needs seamlessly.

So I was looking for an easier way to install a system that would help my start-up of the restaurant to kick start with all the innovations and online things that's up and running and insight provided me with a great deal of options and support to cater to all my needs

**What do you like best about Insight?**

The best thing about Insights is that everything fall under one roof with technology and servicing whether it is customer-based or inventory based, I just have to look it up on a single app and there it is flashing all the data back to me

**What do you dislike about Insight?**

There isn't much that I dislike about the application yet as I am yet in the exploring phase, it's just that from time to time I might need a little help from the support or systems team to check on things

**What problems is Insight solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The benefit that I have received from Insights is less stress and effective work when it comes to running a business. Each day I am reminded of the tasks done and things that need to be done, its like a professional walky-talky to me sometimes

When I had a problem with one of my orders it was hard to contact Insight to get help

Insight makes it easy to order equipment through my org that I needed to work from home

Purchasing an additonal Adobe license.

A month after it was purchased they claim it was expired even though I sent them the receipt of the payment. Nope. Couldn't get them to return a call or answer an email. Reached out to Adobe and they were no help.

**What do you like best about Insight?**

There is nothing good, and there are no upsides. If you read this before you purchase from them, my advice is not to.

**What do you dislike about Insight?**

Unresponsive to any form of communication.

**Recommendations to others considering Insight:**

You can now purchase directly from Adobe, and that would be my recommendation

**What problems is Insight solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No benefit. As soon as all our licenses expire I'm done with them.

Insight reseller business arm helped us in the procurement of new contracts with our customers as well as renewing them.

**What do you like best about Insight?**

Quick turnaround time in completing the procurement of contracts.

**What do you dislike about Insight?**

Nothing really. If I had to point one, then it would be having multiple points of contact from Insight.

They make the procurements of business contracts easy.

Procurement of contracts for our customers. Mutually beneficial procurements for our company and our customers.

I am trying to enrol our company as a customer with Insight and they don't even bother to reply to our emails to have an account manager or discuss a credit account. Worst business support ever. On the other side, their automated marketing robots are very good, with many beautiful and empty emails in my spam box.

**What do you like best about Insight?**

Nothing, I haven't been able to do business with them.

**What do you dislike about Insight?**

They seem to be not in the need of new customers in their portfolio. Good for them.

**What problems is Insight solving and how is that benefiting you?**

None, as they don't seem to need me as a customer, they don't bother to help me with my problems.

Hard to find. Everything seems perfect here.

**Describe the project or task Insight helped with:**

Insight, and more specifically Gordon, have helped two companies I've been at now with everything from replacement hard drives to a server cage and 5 Dell servers. They give you the same amount of attention whether you are a gigantic enterprise or a 30 person SMB.

**What do you like best about Insight?**

The attention to detail and the constant communication. Their prices are always on point and they generally have most things I've needed in stock.

**What do you dislike about Insight?**

I wish I was closer to their office so I could shake Gordon's hand for how much he's helped me and my employers over the years.

**Recommendations to others considering Insight:**

If you have any hesitations, just let them go. Ask for Gordon!
