We originally had Hanu(now called Insight) do a Lift and Shift for us to get us onto Azure. The Sales people were not great, but the actual implementation team did a really good job. We thought since they did such a good job with this project, let's give them all of our Azure and Office 365 business. That was a mistake. After that, they flat out ignored us.

They won't reply to emails, phone calls, anything. They bill you incorrectly and ignore requests to transfer to other companies, attempting to overbill you.

So I can say their implementation team is technically good, but for everything beyond that, stay far away from Insight. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Insight?

1) 24/7 technical support in form of customer support assistance. The prompt response and resolution provided by Insight engineers for any problems is just awesome.

2) Resources having great expertise in latest techs like AI, ML, Cloud Computing, Java, Frameworks, React, which I just loved when working with those folks as a vendor partner.

3) They follow complete agile process strictly and hence, this helped us deliver our product in a timely manner.

What do you dislike about Insight?

1) Company's organisational structure needs to be revisited, since , sometimes there was lot of time taken for minor approvals from their end. The hierarchy needs to be revisited.

"Terrible Customer Service - Unresponsive"

Purchasing an additonal Adobe license.

A month after it was purchased they claim it was expired even though I sent them the receipt of the payment. Nope. Couldn't get them to return a call or answer an email. Reached out to Adobe and they were no help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
