**What do you like best about Social Elephants?**

I believe Social Elephants really delivers what it promises- I find it very helpful when I have to access detailed reports and really enhances my goals.

**What do you dislike about Social Elephants?**

I will say the accessibility is a bit cumbersome at times and glitchy.

**Recommendations to others considering Social Elephants:**

I think it's a great analytics tool that will highly benefit your organization to get on its feet.

**What problems is Social Elephants solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I mostly use it to analyze statistics and user services for our Instagram Business.
