We are using only the Insights tool, but we find CPI and Quadrant very helpful. **What do you dislike about Smartocto?** Some concepts behind CPI perspective are not easy to master. Perhaps UX needs an update. That's not a big deal, because along the way we have discovered the other benefits. The implementation was easy on the customer side, and the insights which are generated are great. **What do you dislike about Smartocto?** Some user could get lost in the metrics. Due to the substantive knowledge (and passion) for journalism, there is a product that has been thought about and with which we work more and more frequently. Due to the theoretical addition of the user needs, smartocto is the most important partner for us in developing and validating our online strategy. Five big stars for Smartocto **What do you dislike about Smartocto?** I have no specific criticisms. The parts that we need to improve have more to do with the internal implementation than with the product itself. **What problems is Smartocto solving and how is that benefiting you?** A better insight into the performance of articles. But also because of the clear presentation a quick and relevant picture of where we stand.
