What do you like best about SmartLinx?

I spent in moving between various softwares, SmartLinx integrates scheduling, payroll and compliance . What do you dislike about SmartLinx?

What do you like best about SmartLinx?

What fascinates me most about this instrument is that it is its simple operation and its vast range of functionalities that have greatly simplified the administration of my trade. Recommendations to others considering SmartLinx:

It is a great product but sometimes it is very hard to run adhoc and OT reports. I like in the older version how it had the quarterly and monthly OT amounts that could be adjusted by the date. Now, I have to run adhoc reports but I don' how to configure the formulas and filters. I wish smartlinx 6 was as clear as the old version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are many bugs with the new platform and they are having a hard time configuring some aspects of our pay and accrual policies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SmartLinx solving and how is that benefiting you?

The system has helped us with our scheduling in many ways. It allows for our supervisors to clearly view PTO information and avoid authorizing too many vacations within a department at once. Management is able to input labor budgets and produce variance reports to indicate whether the actual labor is close to the budgeted hours.
