**What do you like best about SmartLinx?**

the new warnings to show who is approaching overtime and overage of hours is nice, but the set up feels clunky and not so easy to navigate

**What do you dislike about SmartLinx?**

no colorblind mood for those who have issues

**What problems is SmartLinx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

i'm the back up to the main scheduler, so i haven't had to try and solve any issues yet.
