**What do you like best about SmartDesk?**

We are a smaller organization without dedicated, expert resources to put against our CRM efforts. We cycled through some of the better-known platforms but found they were not a great fit for where we are as an organization, either because they were not economical or their customer service was terrible.  SmartDesk has been perfect for us in both regards.  The pricing scale sup and down with our usage, but we maintain full functionality.  And personal help is always available when we need it.

**What do you dislike about SmartDesk?**

SmartDesk has an aggressive product roadmap, and some of the functionality we would like has not been available yet.   But even over the short time we have worked with them, we have seen platform improvements. It is great to know that SmartDesk will continue to evolve with our business.

**What problems is SmartDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a solution that would be easy to use now, when we are relatively unsophisticated in our needs and expertise, but grow with us.  The onboarding in particular was awesome.

**What do you like best about SmartDesk?**

We really needed a fairly comprehensive solution that handled CRM, marketing and customer support.  We love what we have found with SmartDesk CRM!

**What do you dislike about SmartDesk?**

Like any new software solution, it takes a little time to learn, but we managed to adapt to it quickly and get great value out of it.

**What problems is SmartDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to manage our website leads with integration directly into our site.  It also allows us to manage our sale pipeline and our customer support issues.
