I liked how thoughtful the questions were in the smart screening. I find that was more effective as a first step as opposed to having repetitive questions in terms of my background and experience which I would have to answer again during an interview with a hiring manager.

The biggest thing I didn't like is not having the ability to access my answers after submission. I would have appreciated having access to them especially if I received the opportunity to move forward with the next step in the interview process.

I love that Caddie reduces the need for us to do a first screening call. Normally we have between 30 and 50 first calls with candidates.
