What do you like best about Skyline Payments?

It is super easy to use/user friendly. It is Quickbooks Enterprise compatible/integrated which is a must for us. It was easy to change to them. If I ever had a question or needed help they are a phone call or email away. We've had them since 2021 and the money we've saved along with the no fuss to use them has been tremendous!Even when my computer went down and had to be replaced they helped me get back up and running same day which is a must for small businesses!! We use it daily and we need it to be up and running always and so far they haven't let us down. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Skyline Payments?

If there are any downsides to using Skyline I haven't found one and I'm famous for being hard to please! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Skyline Payments solving and how is that benefiting you?

Being able to send payment links for customers to pay that way instead of giving out their number has been great for people concerned about giving out their credit card information over the phone.

If a customer is concerned they might be over their daily limit we can let them know in a quick minute if the charge has gone through or not.

Credit card processing fees are high but they keep them lower than a lot of other companies so saving Small Businesses money is a great thing! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Skyline Payments?

The suppport team there is great. We've had some very minor issues, as we are using a very old ERP system. They've been very proactive, even writing new code to support some of the issues that came up because of our old system. Very happy with the system itself, but you know any system is only as good as its support- - and they are very responsive, get any small issues that have come up solved quickly - and great follow up. What do you dislike about Skyline Payments?

Nothing really. It has taken a little time to get customers to adjust to this new payment system - but most really like it. They get to log into their own secure portal and see details themselves and take control of their own account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Skyline Payments solving and how is that benefiting you?

With regards to receiveables we are generally getting paid faster, which helps with keeping our payables tighter. I thought in my business which is a little older and more established there would be more discontent with moving to a more modern payment method, but gladly have found that many of our customers like having the option of online payment - Either through card or many use ACH. With the systems reminder emails, we have also eliminated the menial chore and cost of sending a hard copy statement out to 1000 customers every month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
