We've had some very minor issues, as we are using a very old ERP system. They've been very proactive, even writing new code to support some of the issues that came up because of our old system. Very happy with the system itself, but you know any system is only as good as its support- - and they are very responsive, get any small issues that have come up solved quickly - and great follow up. It has taken a little time to get customers to adjust to this new payment system - but most really like it. I thought in my business which is a little older and more established there would be more discontent with moving to a more modern payment method, but gladly have found that many of our customers like having the option of online payment - Either through card or many use ACH. The integration to our billing and accounting program (QBO) makes it very convenient for our Accounting Team and for our Customers. Additionally, the notices and self service options it offers; allows us to provide to our customers convenient ways to pay their bills which has decreased our DSO and increase our cash inflows. Of course, the functionality is just one aspect of the broad solutions Skyline Payments offers. What I love about it is the quality of the Customer Services they provide.
