The ability to create follow-up sequences for leads that keep the prospect engaged automatically, allows the sales team to work with quality leads only. **What do you dislike about Skipio?** I think the autonomy of the analytics is not very robust as well. It would be ideal if the following metrics were more defined; the proportion of the audience who clicked links included in the messages or the average time taken for leads to respond. **What problems is Skipio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Skipio has solved a lot of our lead nurturing challenges by automating follow up messages and even the first message that is sent. We are able to send messages to our clients when launching new products or offering discounts on specific products. No complain at all. **Recommendations to others considering Skipio:** It's higly reliable applicaition. No much training is required in order to use the platform. We are able to bulk send messages to our client and aslo scheduling is simple. I use this to schedule text messages to customers and the campaigns provided are really helpful. The plans are flexible enough that consultants at any level can find some use from this platform. Bug fixes are addressed quickly enough and you can use this service both on a phone and a desktop computer **What do you dislike about Skipio?** if you need the call to appear as coming from a different outgoing number, this feature is not included: they can call this number and it'll forward to your personal number and text messages will appear as coming from your Skipio number but your personal number is revealed when you call out **Recommendations to others considering Skipio:** If your purpose is to use as primarily a texting service where you need to send the same message or group of messages to clients, then this is the service for you! You can also send regular text messages at no cost from the number so all business communication is in one spot. **What problems is Skipio solving and how is that benefiting you?** being able to schedule messages, especially for new contacts and being able to sort promotions based on target groups. I actually sort by the type of message each group would like to receive so that I can better target my marketing to the appropriate audience. ### 8.
