We create forms for customers all the time in Office 365 (and elsewhere). If you are going to take the time to create a form, it should also be attached to a process (Flow/Power Automate) and the content should end up somewhere safe and sound (SharePoint List, in the right bucket or 'site'). Adding to that the ability to make the forms input avaialble to the public is the real winner here for me, with this product over others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The functionality Sintel provides is something that Microsoft should be providing out of the box (And once did with InfoPath ... though poorly). In a perfect world, we wouldn't need a 3rd party solution but we live in an imperfect world. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
