Having centralized visibility significantly reduces the time spent switching between multiple security tools during an investigation. The AI-assisted investigation capabilities have been particularly valuable. Instead of manually correlating events across different data sources, the platform automatically connects related activities into a single attack story, making it much easier to understand the full scope of an incident. This has helped reduce investigation time and enabled faster incident response. I also use the advanced search and threat hunting features regularly. The search performance is fast, allowing me to query large volumes of logs and quickly identify indicators of compromise, suspicious user activity, or lateral movement. This has improved my workflow by helping me validate alerts and perform proactive threat hunting more efficiently. **What do you dislike about Singularity AI SIEM?** Some advanced searches and rule tuning have a learning curve, and more granular customization options for dashboards and reporting would make it easier to tailor the platform to different SOC workflow **What problems is Singularity AI SIEM solving and how is that benefiting you?** SentinelOne Singularity AI SIEM solves the challenge of monitoring and investigating security events across multiple environments by centralizing logs, correlating related events, and prioritizing high-risk threats using AI. As a SOC Analyst, this gives me better visibility into our environment, reduces the time spent manually correlating alerts from different tools, and enables faster threat hunting and incident response. The result is improved operational efficiency, quicker containment of potential threats, and more time to focus on proactive security activities instead of repetitive investigation tasks. ### 2. On top of that, the integration of Purple AI makes it easier to hunt for threats using normalized English instead of complex, frustrating queries. **What do you dislike about Singularity AI SIEM?** One downside is the reliance on the AI assistance, Purple AI. When it summarizes incidents, becoming too dependent on it can introduce a risk of complacency. It’s easy to start blindly trusting the automated summaries without doing proper double-checks, and that can lead to missing subtle, hidden attack techniques. **What problems is Singularity AI SIEM solving and how is that benefiting you?** I’d say the main problem it solves is slow incident response, because historical data can be searched in real time. Purple AI, since it accepts normalized English, can also be used to hunt for more advanced threats quickly, without needing to memorize complex queries. ### 3. The user interface is clean and intuitive, so navigating dashboards, alerts, and investigations feels straightforward even when dealing with large volumes of data. The AI-assisted analysis helps prioritize high-risk alerts, which reduces alert fatigue and allows the team to focus on incidents that require immediate attention. I also appreciate how quickly searches and queries return results, helping speed up threat hunting and incident response. Singularity AI SIEM offers powerful capabilities, but the cost can be difficult to justify for smaller organizations or teams with limited budgets, especially as log ingestion and additional features scale with the environment. While the platform delivers strong value, understanding the total cost of ownership upfront would make planning easier. The initial onboarding also has a learning curve. Configuring data sources, fine-tuning detection rules, and optimizing the platform for a specific environment requires time and some SIEM experience. Although the documentation and support are helpful, more guided onboarding, pre-built content, and deployment best practices would help new teams become productive more quickly. Once everything is configured, the platform performs well, but getting to that point takes some effort. **What problems is Singularity AI SIEM solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before adopting Singularity AI SIEM, we spent a lot of time manually correlating logs from different security tools to investigate alerts. This made threat investigations slower and increased the risk of missing important indicators hidden across multiple data sources. With Singularity AI SIEM, security events from endpoints, cloud environments, identity systems, and network devices are centralized into a single platform. The AI automatically correlates related events, prioritizes high-risk alerts, and provides the context needed to investigate incidents much faster. This has significantly reduced alert fatigue and eliminated much of the manual effort that previously went into log analysis. As a result, our security team can detect and respond to threats more quickly while spending more time on proactive threat hunting instead of routine investigation. For us security analysts, instead of jumping from one tool to another to review events, it brings everything together in one place and uses AI to highlight what really matters. Unlike SentinelOne, the interface is easier to navigate. I also like that it integrates easily with other tools and has an easy setup. Beyond alert correlation, it correlates events as well, which gives a deeper perspective on an incident—whether it’s tied to a user or accounts over a period of time. This saves analysts a lot of time. Now we don’t need to run queries or dig through plenty of logs to correlate events manually. **What do you dislike about Singularity AI SIEM?** It’s a very good tool and an industry standard. However, it’s priced quite high, and many small teams may find it a bit too expensive to use. **What problems is Singularity AI SIEM solving and how is that benefiting you?** An AI-capable SIEM such as Singularity AI SIEM is generally easy and fast to use. When new people join our team, we don’t have to dedicate weeks to training them on the SIEM.
