Having centralized visibility significantly reduces the time spent switching between multiple security tools during an investigation. The AI-assisted investigation capabilities have been particularly valuable. Instead of manually correlating events across different data sources, the platform automatically connects related activities into a single attack story, making it much easier to understand the full scope of an incident. This has helped reduce investigation time and enabled faster incident response. I also use the advanced search and threat hunting features regularly. The search performance is fast, allowing me to query large volumes of logs and quickly identify indicators of compromise, suspicious user activity, or lateral movement. This has improved my workflow by helping me validate alerts and perform proactive threat hunting more efficiently. **What do you dislike about Singularity AI SIEM?** Some advanced searches and rule tuning have a learning curve, and more granular customization options for dashboards and reporting would make it easier to tailor the platform to different SOC workflow **What problems is Singularity AI SIEM solving and how is that benefiting you?** SentinelOne Singularity AI SIEM solves the challenge of monitoring and investigating security events across multiple environments by centralizing logs, correlating related events, and prioritizing high-risk threats using AI. On top of that, the integration of Purple AI makes it easier to hunt for threats using normalized English instead of complex, frustrating queries. **What do you dislike about Singularity AI SIEM?** One downside is the reliance on the AI assistance, Purple AI. When it summarizes incidents, becoming too dependent on it can introduce a risk of complacency. It’s easy to start blindly trusting the automated summaries without doing proper double-checks, and that can lead to missing subtle, hidden attack techniques. **What problems is Singularity AI SIEM solving and how is that benefiting you?** I’d say the main problem it solves is slow incident response, because historical data can be searched in real time. For us security analysts, instead of jumping from one tool to another to review events, it brings everything together in one place and uses AI to highlight what really matters. Unlike SentinelOne, the interface is easier to navigate. I also like that it integrates easily with other tools and has an easy setup. Beyond alert correlation, it correlates events as well, which gives a deeper perspective on an incident—whether it’s tied to a user or accounts over a period of time. This saves analysts a lot of time. Now we don’t need to run queries or dig through plenty of logs to correlate events manually. **What do you dislike about Singularity AI SIEM?** It’s a very good tool and an industry standard. However, it’s priced quite high, and many small teams may find it a bit too expensive to use. **What problems is Singularity AI SIEM solving and how is that benefiting you?** An AI-capable SIEM such as Singularity AI SIEM is generally easy and fast to use.
