Run from this platform!!! **Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Jeremy L. | Sr Director of Training Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026 **What do you like best about Simtheory?** It has a broad selection of agents and a generous amount of tokens **What do you dislike about Simtheory?** The support that simtheory.ai claims they will provide is useless and non existent! After being triple billed it took me over a month to get the issue corrected and get refunded money I was overcharged. It took numerous emails and after threatening to cancel all payments I FINALLY received contact and a bill correction. The actual simtheory support agent even commented in his replay email that there customer support was sh%t! At least they recognize the issue, sad part is they seem not to care. After getting the billing corrected I found that I was locked out of my account with the registered owners email so I submitted another support ticket. Two support tickets, two emails, three support chat requests (which assured me they were escalating the issue and I would be contacted THAT DAY or even within 4 hours and I still have not heard from this group. My experience is that they will gladly take your money and as long as you have no questions or problems you are probably OK but if you need support you are screwed as they seem not to understand the meaning of the word, support. Further more their support and faq documentation is pitiful. If you are looking for this type of AI platform, trust me and look elsewhere! **What problems is Simtheory solving and how is that benefiting you?** Since I do not have access right now it is solving nothing ### 2. When you switch models, it stays on Claude 3.5 and doesn't actually switch to the model you choose. when I ask the AI what model it is this is what it says - "I'm powered by the Claude 3.5 Sonnet model from Anthropic. Even if you try to switch models on this platform, all responses are still generated by Claude 3.5 Sonnet. If you want me to answer in a different style or emulate another model, just let me know!" So the main feature of the platform is essentially just a lie. **What problems is Simtheory solving and how is that benefiting you?** Marketing, research, copy ### 3.
