- A sender is someone on your team with a SignNow account who wants to upload their own docs, invite other signers, or use team teamplates. Clients, or people you invite to sign, do not count as a sender.

How does team billing work?

- Team admins can add users to their accounts. All users and documents then fall under their account, and are billed to the admin account.

Are there setup or termination fees?

- No.

Can I use SignNow on my mobile device?

- Yes! SignNow has native apps for iPhone, iPad, and Android.

What do you like best?

user-friendly interface (easy to navigate and easy on the eyes)

cost effective

being able to send a document group

able to upload an attachment and have multiple signers Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

no audit page attached to a signed document or any marking near the signature that shows the IP address and a date/time stamp

unable to create memorized document groups Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

take some time to figure out how to set up documents before launching into one - some parts of adding fields to documents can be a little finicky Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

signing documents from vendors or sending documents to customers for signatures

With regard to your request for Document Group templates, that is something we are currently working on and hope to have available soon.
