Also, when you have a document like a lease that is 30 pages and needs the same initials on each page, you can not copy the fields to all pages - you have to manually add every field on every page. (We actually use signNow internally for salary invoicing, and know from regular experience that syncing between desktop and mobile app normally works instantly). The biggest benefit for me is time management. Being able to use templates, instead of having to create a brand-new document each time like you would with DocuSign, is a huge advantage and saves me a lot of time. It's great that I can easily use it while traveling because everything is now done via the app on my phone. The process is very easy, fast, and seamless. I like being able to scroll quickly through a contract and attach my signature by just tapping a button. The initial setup of SignNow was also very easy for me and my team.
