Sigma focuses on quality improvement by systematically identifying and addressing defects, errors, and process variations. Reducing defects: Implementing Six Sigma leads to fewer errors, rework, and customer complaints, ultimately improving the overall quality of products and services.

**What do you like best about Sigma?**

It's gives an overall details at one place we don't need to check on different platforms. The data displayed on it is accurate and makes it user freindly to analyse data and take decisions accordingly. I would highly recommend using this tool to anyone out there. Thanks!

**What do you like best about Sigma?**

Sigma is completely customizable, down to the smallest feature, all through DAX! The UI is intuitive and you can solve the same problem in various ways; this allows even beginners to get insights. The templates available for theme make it easy to provide a polished and professional end product. Security for your data is easy to manage and a permissions-based account type allows for seamless client-onboarding for diffent pricing levels.

**What do you dislike about Sigma?**

Slow queries from data warehouse make loading dashboards a painpoint.

**What problems is Sigma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows for Data Visualziation. Most importantly, it enables our Data Science team to create a framework for automated reporting and dashboards for our internal and external team

I wish it had more input capability similar to google sheets but that it connected to the snowflake data as well

**What do you like best about Sigma?**

Sigma has been such a breeze to implement. We struggled with other BI tools for a year before finding Sigma and I'm so glad we did. The tool itself is very intuitive to use. The live chat support and "office hours" has been fantastic and makes this transition even easier. Cannot speak highly enough of this company and their tool!

**What do you dislike about Sigma?**

The tool is growing so some of the more sophisticated formatting and data visualizations aren't available (yet). This has not been an issue for us as what is included meets our needs. I also anticipate they will improve the offerings over time, and there are functions to add custom visualizations if you have the resources to write that code.

**What problems is Sigma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sigma is serving as a data visualization tool, analytics tool, and an embedded BI tool. The biggest problem it is solving for us is getting data visualizations/dashboards in front of end users. With other tools we struggled with licensing and displaying data visuals on internal websites for our BI stakeholders. This tool is solving that for us. It is also solving the issue of supporting a BI tool. We have a very tech/data savvy workforce and many users who can create their own tools. Since Sigma is so intuitive and has such a fantastic support model my team is not burdened with trying to support everyone else's use of the tool. It is also solving permissioning for us. The permissioning integration with Snowflake is so simple and eliminates the need for us to be maintaining two separate permission structures.

Sigma is known for its Cloud-Native Approch.It also allows user to work with data in a collaborative ,Spreadsheet-like interface with real time collabration for users in same datasets.Simple and user-friendly experience,The pricing model is very pocket friendly . A great Customer Support with ease of integration and ease of implementation .

Some features are lacking in sigma as compared to the current business use case needed some more chart types also with some feature request are waiting.

It Allows analyst to directly explore and analyse data without tec knowledge with agile approch on its cloud-native platform with scalability and accessibility ,enabling users to work with data in the cloud seamlessly.Its is helping with the collaborative approch for users to work simultaneously. Sigma empowers data analysts to perform these task independently ,reducing relaience on IT teams and accelerating the time to insights. Just a spreadsheet like interface helps end user to interact as business user mostly use spreadsheets with cost effecient product is a PLUS for business.

**What do you like best about Sigma?**

Sigma is easy to connect to an existing cloud data warehouse and easy for a relatively non-technical user to pick up. I've easily been able to build dashboards with various filters/functionality that basically serve as mini data apps for the rest of the organization. If your data is already well-organized on a cloud data warehouse, I can't recommend it highly enough. The customer support is also stellar.

Some of the chart labeling could be improved (i.e. labels being cut off, etc.).

Sigma helps us build internal apps/dashboards to display third party data that we purchase.

Where to start?  Sigma Computing is a tool that takes your business to the next level.  It's incredible speed, analytics agility, ease of use, customer support through their chat, documentation available, and progressive development of the tool from their team.  Planly put, your business will fall behind if you don't have Sigma Computing in your business.  They bring the data to life instantly to make informed decisions so you can focus on the business.

**What do you dislike about Sigma?**

Absolutely nothing.  If I have to be picky, maybe the home page.

**What problems is Sigma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It brings the data to the business at a level of granularity that other competitors cannot bring.  Well... they can but not as fast.  The business looses interest if they have to wait for a report to spin up.  Our business users can't get enough of Sigma Computing.

Ease of use, flexibility, and customer support. I enjoy working in the tool and am always finding new ways in which i can automate processes and build great tools for research. I use Sigma everday and commonly build things my team uses frequently. The customer support is always helping us either build reports or add functionaility.

**What do you dislike about Sigma?**

Date filtering and aggregating can be frustrating at times, if data is not updated for all clients becuase of upstream delays, we can have checks that break and miss data. I would like to see some more control over this and possibly an alert system when data is updated.

Automated reconciliations, large scale data review and research, historical tracking, marketing/AUM tracking for client servicing teams, many visual tools

**What do you like best about Sigma?**

Its ability to create quick and easy visualizations that can power our business forward. Additionally, its embedded analytics abilities allows us to leverage its computational power that would have taken forever to create internally

**What do you dislike about Sigma?**

I have been used to different BI tools like Tableau for which I have used throughout my career. So getting up to speed in a similar but different BI tool is always frustrating as there a nuances between different tools that serve the same purpose

**What problems is Sigma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allowing our team to quickly and efficiently deploy embedded analytics to our customers in a much faster and better way than if we had to build from the ground up

The inuitive nature of both querying and drag and drop functionality.

**What do you dislike about Sigma?**

I find the color changing actually quite annoying. Though its not a big deal, I would like a better interface to change the colors

It guides empirical decisions for the property management company through both data aggregation/manipulation and graphs.

Sigma is great tool to check my performce metrics within a glance. It shows great graphical presentation of different parameters. It is real time syncing.

Need to be faster. Everything else is all good.

**What do you like best about Sigma?**

Sigma is by far the best Business Analytics tool on the market for Finance teams, after using numerous different tools Sigma is by far the easiest one to blend a Financial Analyst's excel skills with  a powerful tool like Sigma. This tool changed how our team uses data and the uses of Sigma vs. previous BI tools we have used as a company is exponentially higher.

**What do you dislike about Sigma?**

The only downside of Sigma is that it is so good I wish my data team could add more data QUICKER for me to use!

**What problems is Sigma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sigma allows myself and my team to take the massive databases that our Engineering team builds and use them to analysis of our various business units and reporting out to said units and our leadership team.

**What do you like best about Sigma?**

Helps you with a number of tasks like-
1. Join datasets and transform them within the platform from different sources
2. A very easy on eyes design and minimalistic features
3. Multiple people can work on the same project and hence is easy to collaborate.

**What do you dislike about Sigma?**

Since it is still a comparatively new platform, it has the following issues-
1. No in depth documentation
2. Need to find workarounds/ plugins etc for many use cases such as for heatmaps.

**What problems is Sigma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sigma is helping me make daily reports and mail them to the consumers. It is great with handeling large data and transformations. Sigma is an evolving platform which deals easily with Snowflake data and helps to operate with many different kinds of analysis.

**What do you like best about Sigma?**

Usage of the tool is great! Drill downs are excellent. Looking at the data as on a sheet is something that is not present in other tools. Performance is outstanding.
There are still things to improve, but they are always working on it.

**What do you dislike about Sigma?**

It lacks a lot of visualization types, but they have added new features that improved visualization and dashboard creation.
Creating a workbook UI was a pain. But now it has improved with new tools like the grid layout.
Support is excellent, but changes take time to get there.
It doesn't seem yet a mature tool, but it is almost there
Not having Python and R integration is something we don't like
GIT integration would be great. Being a must for tracking the development in any Company

**What problems is Sigma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to self-service has increased since we implemented Sigma. UI has improved a lot since last year. But still some work is needed there. Helping not only Self Service but development teams producing Production workbook for the company, is something that still needs improvements.

Speed, responsiveness, fast to make changes and to publish them, visual changes easy to implement and resize, etc, customer support speed and help

**What do you dislike about Sigma?**

limitation on combo charts with color breakdown, lack of possibility to put other field in label instead of value, when submitting changes from many people, even the ones that just entered in edit mode bud didn't do anything appear, and that is confusing

**What do you like best about Sigma?**

The dashboarding capability is nothing short of fantastic. Couple this with the ability to either generate your workbooks from either a webapp or embed into an inframe gives our company the flexibility we need to implement a very robust BI platform.  Our implementation team (Darien and Kaela) have been incredible to partner with and consistently go above and beyond to answer any questions we have.

**What do you dislike about Sigma?**

None that I can see now.  The system offers exactly what my industry is needing to go to the next level for our analytics.

**What problems is Sigma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Providing a full suite of features from Adhoc reporting to dashboards comprised of various pivots and visulizations is a game changer for the PEO industry.  We are taking nearly 6 years of roadmap to build an inhouse solution to implementing a complete solution in a matter of months.

**What do you like best about Sigma?**

-Many user friendly features. No tool has it all or is completely perfect, but Sigma has a lot of great QOL features that make it relatively intuitive and seamless to use.

-Evolving product that seems open to listening to the needs of their customers. I like that they take suggestions for new features and they seem to care about growing the product and continuing to add functionality.

-ABOVE ALL ELSE: Fast and efficient customer support chat. I've barely looked at any Sigma documentation in the couple of months since I've started using the product. Why? Because I just open the chat, throw the question into the void, and often get my question completely resolved in under 2 minutes (the chat folks seem to try to respond in under 15-30 seconds). This has been HUGE in making the transition from my company's current BI tool to Sigma and I feel so much better and at ease about the process because I know the chat agents always have my back. The agents are all really friendly and I genuinely enjoy my interactions with them.

**What do you dislike about Sigma?**

-Maybe not a fully mature product yet. It's got a lot of really well thought out features and design aspects, but is sometimes missing random simple things like a row number indicator like you'd see in an Excel or Google Sheet.

-Very Excel/Sheets centric. As an analyst who comes from a background of doing everything in SQL and writing hundreds of lines of SQL a week, I'd say that the product is not necessarily designed entirely for my particular preferences and background; not a true negative point, just a personal preference thing. I can still find plenty of ways to get what I want done, but I do have to adjust my mindset and approach a bit.

**What problems is Sigma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are migrating off of our current BI tool and onto Sigma. Both our analysts and our business stakeholders need to be able to address their data needs, whether it is something more technical like writing SQL to perform ad-hoc explorations in our data warehouse, or use a dashboard to look at monthly figures or obtain customer lists. Sigma helps provide these functionalities and is a convenient tool to both the technical and non technical users.

**What do you like best about Sigma?**

The export functionality is the best among all BI tools. The ability to export to different destinations is very helpful to get the report out to different stakeholders both internal and external. And it allows to share data easily.

**What do you dislike about Sigma?**

High price tag. Hi base platform fee would turn some small business away. Some functions are not working properly when they first release them. It's kinda annoying after you invest time to incorporate the new features and realize there's a bug on Sigma's side

**What problems is Sigma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Self-Service Analytics 

the load time for dashboard helped user to utilize dashboards more often and improved user experience compare to Tableau. The easy way to export underlying data to google sheet allow business user to do more in-depth Analysis without reaching out to data teamfor some more technical user, we can just give them prepared dataset, and they can explore by themselves.

We are also able to provide reports to external clients
