1) I am not a fan of the new dashboard. I was so used to the old one, I preferred it.

2) I wish it was easier to sort through comps - essentially have a CAP Rate for what I do in investment sales is critical, so I'd like to know off hand if there is a CAP Rate and if there is an OM with other details such as lease term. I have been using Crexi for about four years and find it to be a great product, especially when compared to its competitors in the commercial real estate space. I appreciate how Crexi allows me to track who is viewing my properties and to build a database in real-time, something I cannot do with other platforms like Costar. Setting it up is straightforward and user-friendly; anyone familiar with similar software can post listings with ease. I love that Crexi integrates MLS with other databases, making navigation effortless. The application is invaluable for lead generation and databasing, effectively bringing me closer to potential buyers or leasers. Moreover, the price point of Crexi offers excellent value, making it a cost-effective choice compared to some other platforms that I consider overpriced. I appreciate Crexi's simple and straightforward setup process, which keeps it easy to use. I sometimes feel uncertain about the lead generation process through Crexi. There are times when I don't receive any leads, and then, unexpectedly, there are times when leads do come through. This inconsistency can be frustrating and leaves me questioning the reliability of their lead sourcing. It’s hard not to compare Crexi in a review to Loopnet, who historically has been the top software for commercial real estate agents, but Crexi definitely outshines Loopnet in several areas.

1. The user-interface is more friendly than Loopnet’s UI. It’s easier/faster to create listings and the process is more straightforward.

2. The marketing capabilities and design/style is more up to date than Loopnet.

3. Customer-service is neck and neck. Both are data companies and they benefit by having you input accurate data. Always friendly. I would say Crexi is slightly better as they don’t pester you as much.

4. Pricing. Crexi wins hands down. They are much more affordable and provide you with more features with just their basic pricing model. Crexi also wins by offering month to month commitments instead of annual commitments.

5. Data. Crexi does have less data overall than Loopnet, but that is slowly becoming a thing of the past as they now have historical data to build upon.

Overall, Crexi is affordable for the average commercial agent, accessible for those familiar or not familiar with technology, and starting to quickly eat Loopnet’s lunch. Excited to see new features in the near future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A bit clunky to use, multi-page/multi-click to edit listings. I don't like that the dashboard is separated by sale and lease listings, multi-clicks to edit lease statuses vs bulk status edit. Website listing presentation is so-so. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Crexi is a great platform overall, but I’ve noticed some of the leads it generates can be a bit hit-or-miss when it comes to intent. It sometimes takes extra effort to figure out how serious they are.
