Our Customer Success Manager, Peter, has been a delight to work with and has exhibited patience with every question we've had. Additionally, given the kinds of things that we've been testing, SightX has made concept testing very efficient, quick, and easy to implement. There has been very little time invested to actually get integrated with the tool and the simplicity allows to put together surveys to run on an on-demand basis. There are not many downsides that we've experienced so far to SightX but the one thing that we're getting more used to is how to effectively have open-ended questions be a part of our surveys, since the responses can often contain little usable value.
