**What do you like best about SightX?**

Our Customer Success Manager, Peter, has been a delight to work with and has exhibited patience with every question we've had. Additionally, given the kinds of things that we've been testing, SightX has made concept testing very efficient, quick, and easy to implement. There has been very little time invested to actually get integrated with the tool and the simplicity allows to put together surveys to run on an on-demand basis.

**What do you dislike about SightX?**

There are not many downsides that we've experienced so far to SightX but the one thing that we're getting more used to is how to effectively have open-ended questions be a part of our surveys, since the responses can often contain little usable value. As we use the tool more, we learn more from each prior survey we ran that makes the next survey more actionable.

**What problems is SightX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consumer Market Research and Purchase Intent for new products that we're looking to introduce.

**What do you like best about SightX?**

We have been working with SightX for several months, and our experience so far has been extremely positive. The platform stands out for its user-friendly interface, which makes survey programming and data analysis intuitive even for complex research designs. We also appreciate the constant improvements and updates that show the team’s commitment to innovation and to listening to customer feedback.

Another highlight is the outstanding support we receive from the SightX team, especially from Daryl and Kelly, who are always proactive, approachable, and solution-oriented. Their guidance has been instrumental in helping us make the most out of the platform and ensuring smooth project execution.

From a research perspective, SightX enables us to combine flexibility, speed, and advanced methodologies in one place, which adds real value to our Consumer & Market Insights work.

If we were to suggest one area for improvement, it would be the development of more advanced data visualization and reporting options, to make it easier to share insights directly with business stakeholders without additional formatting.

**What problems is SightX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Efficiency & speed – Before, programming surveys and analyzing results could take a long time or required multiple tools. With SightX, we can do everything in one platform, significantly reducing turnaround times.

Flexibility for complex studies – We often need to design questionnaires with advanced logic, multiple audiences, and diverse methodologies. SightX makes this process much simpler and more intuitive, while still giving us the level of sophistication we need.

Collaboration & usability –  Democratizes research within our organization.

Support & partnership – The proactive guidance from the SightX team (especially Daryl and Kelly) helps us overcome challenges quickly and get the most out of the platform.

**What do you like best about SightX?**

The platform is powerful, intuitive, and user-friendly—ideal for quick-turnaround projects. It's easy to integrate their analysis and outputs into our reports. 
Their team shows a commitment to improvement - they're always releasing new features and listening to user suggestions.
A special shoutout to Peter and Steven, who have both been incredibly helpful throughout our partnership. Peter is a go-to for tech support and brainstorming. Steven is quick to provide quotes and transparent with pricing. Their support makes a real difference.

Sometimes it lacks the more complex programming needs we require for certain projects, but they've continued to improve this over the years.

SightX is helping us streamline and simplify our research process within a single, easy-to-use platform. The platform allows us to quickly launch surveys, gather insights, and make data-driven decisions without needing additional external vendors. 
It’s especially beneficial for our team because we can move fast with this platfom - programming and analysis timelines are able to be cut down majorly compared to our other partners.

**What do you like best about SightX?**

SightX feels more like a partner than a platform. It’s intuitive to script even complex studies and turn around analysis quickly, which keeps our teams closer to consumers and decisions. I especially value the continuous product improvements and how responsive the team is to feedback.

Special kudos to Daryl Maloney McCall and Kelly Balsky for proactive, solution‑oriented support that consistently unblocks us and elevates each project.

The built‑in data visualization and reporting could go further. Richer, stakeholder‑ready dashboards (branding, storytelling, and distribution options) would reduce the need for off‑platform formatting.

Nothing really to dislike, it all works well.

**What problems is SightX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cheap, quick and quality DIY research when we can't afford to use external suppliers. We can get more consumer feedback for our projects than our research budget would allow if we had to use agencies. It also allows us to connect with the consumers more often and on projects we might not have otherwise engaged with consumers on at all.

Always reliable data, quick to collect responses, one of the best features is disqualifications option which gets you answers only from the target audience you'd looking to test + geotargeting and the fast turn-around.
Customer support is at 5 stars! Always reachable and helpful - never had an issue.

All great feedback - would love to have refreshers in a live session format to see what functionality is there that we are not utilizing.

SightX platform can go head to head with any of the other DIY tools. Easy to use. Need help, they back it up with great customer service. They are constantly improving their offering and happy to get feedback. Would definitely recommend.

Can't really say there is a dislike. They have a module coming up with the platform that will really up their game. I imagine I am like many, would like it yesterday.

I was looking for a cost affordable DIY survey option. I had grown disenchanted with a couple of the other products in the category and needed a fresh option. Programming is straightforward.  Account team is very helpful and always willing to review.

**What do you like best about SightX?**

The flexibility and control  I have to build, DISTRIBUTE, and analyze data in one platform is incredible! The different question types have enriched my ability to collect insights and the reporting features and new template have allowed me to save countless hours on projects, which makes my market research pricing more competitive for clients.

**What do you dislike about SightX?**

Ada is a good start, but the tool is very glitchy. It crashes SightX often. Even when I have the question analysis tool open, she often cannot read the page and her outputs are not useful. Sometimes I use her functions but more often than not I abandon them and ask my question in ChatGPT instead.

**What problems is SightX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With the addition of a second user license, I'm able to build surveys with a partner and make quick revisions rather than build everything from scratch. By looping her in, I've significantly cut down on the number of team mates using external (and worse quality) survey tools.

**What do you like best about SightX?**

The question types are pretty advanced and allow me to create the survey that I need without charging extra for specific "premium" questions.  I like that it is an all-inclusive price because it allows me to price studies for my clients easily.

**What do you dislike about SightX?**

I needed additional support on a project, we signed a contract, but the team was unable to deliver and walked away from the project.  This left me in an uncomfortable spot with my client.  I have stopped using SightX and partnered with a new supplier who is able to provide additional services when I need help.

**What problems is SightX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SightX give me the tools I need to create custom surveys for my clients and quickly analyze the results.  I get more advanced functionality and features than SurveyMonkey, but I am not paying Qualtrics or AYTM prices for "premium" question types.

**What do you like best about SightX?**

I really appreciate the customer service, especialy how attentive, helpful, knowledgeable, and speedy they were in solving my issues and answering any questions. The platform is also filled with features that are great to work with when using several methodologies such as Conjoint Analysis, MaxDiff, Concept Testing, etc. They also provide templates that give great general direction and their programming logic capabilities are more advanced than what SurveyMonkey provides. I appreciate their analysis UI and the several ways I can parse through the survey data via crosstabs, individual responses, excel output, and more. It is all easy to use and accessible to implement.

**What do you dislike about SightX?**

There are a few software limitations, especially when it comes to programming surveys with specific, complex logic around respondent count and quotas. I am hoping that their future product roadmap may include solutions/features that will ameliorate this.

**What problems is SightX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Running custom, proprietary studies using external panels. Conducting surveys with advanced programming logic. Streamlining analyzing custom studies via their response platform.

**What do you like best about SightX?**

Overall, the platform is super easy to use, and has a lot to offer.  It has better visualizations and programming capabilities compared to other DIY platforms.  The client service team is also super helpful; they're always available to quickly help you out or provide a second set of eyes on something, and are open to building out capabilities to serve your specific needs (i.e. programming a segmentation algorithm.)  Not to mention, everyone I've crossed paths with so far seems to just be a genuinely nice person, which goes a long way.

**What do you dislike about SightX?**

There are a few minor limitations as far as programming goes, and there doesn't yet seem to be much incorporation of some of the system 1/BSci principles.  However, I definitely acknowledge that those are likely more challenging to build into an automated system, so it's not that surprising of a gap, and I think it would be an opportunity for SightX to further develop ahead of the competition, but isn't currently a gap TO the competition.

Significant cost savings vs. full service options, and the ability to turn around urgent projects super fast - I literally just ran a project overnight to answer a high visibility product concern.

**What do you like best about SightX?**

The SightX platform offers a lot of features that our previous platform did not. Our clients are impressed with the data we are now able to give them. The learning curve was smooth; most things are easy to figure out even if they are not immediately apparent. The customer service from our account representative(s) is always extremely fast and they are always willing to jump on a call to get things fixed. Any problems encountered are resolved quickly.

**What do you dislike about SightX?**

The platform can be a bit buggy; we run into small issues semi-frequently that have to be resolved by the platform engineers. There are some quality of life, data customization and UI features that were present on our previous platform that we don't have on SightX, which would improve our workflow.

**What do you like best about SightX?**

The platform is incredibly intuitive and allows me to create fairly complex study designs in a fraction of the time I used to spend with our previous provider.

Also, the team has been amazing in partnering with me to make sure we get projects into field on a timely manner, sometimes working after hours or even during the weekend to make sure projects get launched.

**What do you dislike about SightX?**

reporting functionality in the platform could use some work. Though, having polished output when survey designs are so custom is probably a pipe dream, so I get it.

**What problems is SightX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My Consumer Insights team is small, and we dont have a big budget, so we've always been limited in how many times we could do formal consumer testing. Having a platform that allows us to reach the right consumers, at this price range, has allowed us to put the consumer first and let the consumers vioce drive decisions.

Being able to have more qualitative research capabilities would be a great addition.

It's solving our need for an easier and faster way to do things across our varied research use cases, especially since we can also collaborate in the platform. The SightX platform is extremely adaptable and creative. I've used one her survey services before and none have matched the insights and analytical data provided through SightX. The other piece I find helpful is how you're able to have flexibility in performing data research on your own with built-in trust from a data hygiene perspective. Lastly the customer success management engangement SightX provides is top level.

**What do you like best about SightX?**

We are small company launching in a new space and don't have the luxury of a full internal insights team.  SightX has been great for our team--the site is very easy to use, build, and analyze results.  The team has been very helpful in recommending question structures, reviewing surveys, and giving advice on how to capture insights and reach the right people.   Results are also real time and so executing surveys are fast and efficient.  I've used SightX when at larger companies before and have been very happy with how well it works at our small start-up style company too, it seems like their solutions/services can scale with whatever level of support you need.

**What do you dislike about SightX?**

Not neceesarily a dislike, but if you are using SightX the way our team is, just be aware that the questionnaire builds and pulling down results is done by your team not a full bundled into a fancy presentation at the end.  For us, this is exactly what we needed and wanted for our size and budget, so we are happy!  But if you need more full service support or don't have any experience with research/insights,  make sure you request and budget for extra support.

We use SightX to get consumer insights primarily for new products -- e.g. naming, packaging, usage, claims ranking, consumer targeting, pricing analysis, and pipeline

The intuitive platform and ready-to-implement library of survey items made it easy to craft and deploy a survey to my audience. If I had a question about survey flow or best practices, their team exceeded my customer service expectations. As for analysis, the data renders in an appealing ready-for-presentation format, and I especially appreciate the in-platform/ in-experience pivot table option to explore how different data points come together for richer storytelling.

**What do you like best about SightX?**

First and foremost, SightX is a market research company with great leadership - they get it. This foundation guides a practical approach in developing its insights platform. In comparison, too many companies in the DIY space are trying to force fit their tech "solution" and lack a full understanding of how to conduct research. Also, SightX offers really good customer support and is a good value for the money.

**What do you dislike about SightX?**

Not much. SightX regularly evolves its question and analysis tools to meet the needs of researchers. There is an opportunity to develop a friendlier way of exporting data & charts into PowerPoint to avoid re-work/editing.

**What problems is SightX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The SightX platform offers a sound solution for most insights work and question types. Any piece of software takes some getting used to - the SightX learning curve is relatively short and steep.

SightX has 90% of the functionality at 25% of the cost of other platforms like Qualtrics. It's everything needed to do quick, accurate research with a wide variety of methodologies like conjoint, maxdiff, van westendorp, etc.

SightX isn't currently as advanced as other leading platforms, but is rapidly adding functionality and will soon give market leaders a run for their money

The best part is all the tools built into the back end of the platform — I can run all sorts of analyses myself, without having to hire a data scientist

As great as it is, it still feels like it's a work in progress. Sometimes there are little glitches and buying panel respondents is still a manual process

**What do you like best about SightX?**

SightX is an easy to use DIY survey platform. There are 2 specific features that makes SightX distinct from other DIY platforms. 

1. The platform can translate surveys into multiple languages and collect data from multiple languages and capture into one location.  This is extremely helpful for multi-country surveys where the survey is identical. 

2. They also have a built in feature where you can push the survey out by text messaging. This is very helpful for countries where text messaging helps increase response rates

**What do you dislike about SightX?**

It would be great if responses can also be translated so that word cloud and sentiment analysis can also be used.

**What problems is SightX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used the platform for employee research and for very tactical research where i had a quick turnaround (eg. 24 hour turnaround) or when i had access to current customers who i could push surveys out to.

**What do you like best about SightX?**

The functionalities and capabilities of the SightX platform are so robust, yet it remains user-friendly and intuitive.

From setting up a survey, to cleaning the data, to viewing/filtering the results, every aspect of SightX is easy and quick. It's up to the user to decide the complexity of the work they want done. From more complex (ANOVA, regression, etc.) to more basic (cross-tabs, filtering, etc.) the platform provides a seamless experience. Regardless of what you're trying to do, SightX gives the user the ability to do it.

The team evaluated each of our use cases and built out new functionalities to accommodate for pretty much anything we needed to do.

**What do you dislike about SightX?**

When our team first started using SightX, there were far fewer options for things like quota management and conditional display, but over the past few months, the SightX team has added so many useful features that there is truly no longer anything that I dislike about the platform.

**What problems is SightX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our team has now shifted to mostly quick-turn, in-house market research projects because of SightX. Before, we were doing custom work that could take months. Now, with SightX, our projects are taking just a few days to complete. We are handing over results to teams in a matter of days and they are able to act quickly.

I love how SightX's interface is very intuitive to use. You can be up & running in no time at all.  I also like the reassurance that it won't let you field a survey with broken logic.

The graphics in the reporting function could be better, but that's the least important thing to me anyway.

Before SightX, we did a lot more guessing. Now when we have a question about what consumers think, or which idea would be stronger, we set up a survey and have a definitive answer - fast!

**What do you like best about SightX?**

SightX is extremely easy to use and very user-friendly. It is cost effective and the quick results are great for real time decision making. The SightX team is also always helpful and quick to respond to any questions which makes launching surveys a seamless expereince!

The only downside is that sometimes the quality of the long response answers are not as helpful as with other pre-screened services.

For anyone who cares about understanding their customers or consumers and getting deep but quick human and business insights, SightX is the platform for you! We've been using SightX for 3+ years and are really happy with it. The genius of SightX is its ease of use, its flexbility and the lightning-quick insights it generates at the click of a button. We'd got so frustrated with other products on the market that had limited front-end or back-end functionality or needed complex/time-consuming coding. We want meaningful data, analysis and insights, easily and quickly. SightX gives us all of this. Furthermore, SightX keeps us regularly updated with new releases and features. We value a company that is continually innovating and that stays current.

**What do you dislike about SightX?**

The features that were missing in the past that we wanted, like sentiment analysis and the ability to clean our data, have now been added or are in the process of being added.

We needed a flexible platform that could give us quick but robust insights and that we could use for small or large data sets.  We needed the front-end survey and the analytical capability on the back-end. SightX has enabled us to mobilize quickly with our clients and provide them with rich insights. **What do you like best about SightX?**

We really like the automated insights - it streamlines the whole process for us, and gives us an idea of what we data we can drill down into. As intermediate users, these serve as examples, and have been really helpful. The survey builder is also really powerful, and have proven to be far easier to use than the other systems we've experimented with in the past. All in all, I feel like we have an improved understanding of our customers, and that equates to a competitive advantage.

**What do you dislike about SightX?**

I'd like to better understand how AI works so we can full use of it. I trust it's working, I'd just like a little more insight into how it works. Beyond that informational piece, I'm really pleased with my SightX results and experience.

**What problems is SightX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're a media business, and we need to understand what messages resonate for our users so we can engage them. We also need to be able to create surveys that ask the right questions, and can be quickly adapted as we gather results. And we need easy reporting on the results of those items. We're slowly becoming more aware of the importance of creating segments, and that will be our focus next.
