What do you like best?

Relatively easy to use with Magento; UI is quite user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

- inventory mismanaged and "misplaced" routinely

- nearly impossible to make changes to orders

- impossible to reroute packages

- support is not US-based so troubleshooting is a constant struggle

- customer service is friendly but very unhelpful largely due to being outsourced and "reading from a script" and entirely removed from operations/logistics

- might be OK for small items and high inventory turnover but shipping rates and long term storage fees are high Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

look for other options if you value your own customers' opinions.

Shipwire customer support is outsourced to the Philippines and everything other than basic "pick-and-ship" is a special project that takes 2-3 weeks, if it ever gets completed. Inventory management is poor and inaccurate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
