What do you like best about Shipwire?

The platform is easy to use and can house order details for items purchased across several different applications and user interfaces. It's easy to use and intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Shipwire?

I dislike the formatting of the return results from the search bar. The information and data is not clearly represented at first glance, requiring more time to retrieve the necessary details. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Shipwire?

*They have terrible customer service.

*Even when they can be reached, it's not easy to get a solution to an issue.

What do you like best about Shipwire?

Relatively easy to use with Magento; UI is quite user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Shipwire?

- inventory mismanaged and "misplaced" routinely

- nearly impossible to make changes to orders

- impossible to reroute packages

- support is not US-based so troubleshooting is a constant struggle

- customer service is friendly but very unhelpful largely due to being outsourced and "reading from a script" and entirely removed from operations/logistics

- might be OK for small items and high inventory turnover but shipping rates and long term storage fees are high Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Shipwire:

look for other options if you value your own customers' opinions.

Shipwire customer support is outsourced to the Philippines and everything other than basic "pick-and-ship" is a special project that takes 2-3 weeks, if it ever gets completed. Inventory management is poor and inaccurate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Shipwire solving and how is that benefiting you?

Currently down to just one SW warehouse and will not return as a customer in the USA Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Shipwire?

The interface is fairly user friendly and does tend to make my workflow simple Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is easy to use but they don’t ship out on time, nor are they any help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They do not ship out the packages out on time. And 1 out of 100 packages do not end up leaving their warehouse. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Shipwire:

Don’t waste your time and money on shipwire. I’m pretty sure there are many other platforms like them who do a better/decent job. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Shipwire solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have a separate warehouse aside from shipwire. If shipwire doesn’t have the order shipped at within the time it’s supposed to be shipped, we can manually ship from our warehouse. There are no benefits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
