**What do you like best about Shipwire?**

The interface is fairly user friendly and does tend to make my workflow simple

**What do you dislike about Shipwire?**

the general customer support is not US based and can be very slow to resolve issues, also upload of manual shipping labels is very tedious

**What problems is Shipwire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use shipwire to manage and fulfill ecommerce orders and inventory

**What do you like best about Shipwire?**

It’s easy to understand with very little training. 

**What do you dislike about Shipwire?**

It would be nice to be able to have more flexibility to make changes to orders during  processing. 

**What problems is Shipwire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Shipping packages to customers, but there’s slow processing with not much flexibility
