**What do you like best about Shift Agent?**

Shift Agent provides a flexible solution to provide an ideal employee schedule to create a good work environment and improved productivity at work. it can be very useful in certain area.

**What do you dislike about Shift Agent?**

In Shift Agent, nothing specific is there to dislike, but i think the user interface can be improved so that one can easily understand what is happening in the application.

**What problems is Shift Agent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides a solution by arranging employee work schedules which is very useful in big and small organizations. It can also help in improving work-life balance for employees as well.

Love how I can view the schedule, build connections to cover my shift. App is very simple and easy to use

The note in shifts does load as simple as you were think

Time and labor. 
Shift covered with each ability to get their phone number and or give shift away
