I really liked that Shield was very easy to integrate, which made the initial setup smooth for us. Because we've reduced latency, there have been instances where device IDs weren't generated for a reasonable size of transactions. I want the Shield team to work on that. What we really like about SHIELD is how effective their device intelligence is at detecting fraud before it happens. Their real-time insights help us identify suspicious devices and user behaviour.
