The team, from engineering to customer success, provided excellent support and helped us maximize the product's potential by tweaking it for our specific use case. The latency is really low, which helps us a lot, and the accuracy of their device fingerprinting is very high. These features are crucial as they enable us to reduce fraud during checkout and keep our payment rails secure. **What do you dislike about Shield?** Because we've reduced latency, there have been instances where device IDs weren't generated for a reasonable size of transactions. I want the Shield team to work on that. They need to work on the ML model so that they can generate a Shield/device ID in a shorter span. **What problems is Shield solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Shield to reduce fraud at checkout on Tazapay. It keeps payment rails safe with low dispute rates and helps us work with enterprise clients, beating fraudsters with social engineering, bot attacks, and velocity attacks. ### 2.
