What do you like best about Constant Contact Advanced Automation?

It is free for the most part and easy to edit and upgrade to logo free e-mail designs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Constant Contact Advanced Automation?

Bounce rates seem stiff in the sense that that more than 2 or 3 in a list of a 1000 may be a burden Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Constant Contact Advanced Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?

I think last time I used it I may not have experienced anything with AI but there is clearly a big automation solution with contacts, subscriptions and unsubscription process etc, at least at a low cost maintenance in order to maintain what is display in metrics as a bounce rate, or an open rate etc... I would see clearly (amongst all low grade competitors) is a very irritating bounce KPI especially for non Gmail users Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Constant Contact Advanced Automation?

I appreciate that Constant Contact Advanced Automation is affordable, especially when compared to other options in the market like Mailchimp or Klaviyo, which makes it a cost-effective choice for my needs. I love the landing page feature because it allows me to create free offers that attract new email subscribers. It's user-friendly, allowing customers to easily enter their name, email, and phone number in exchange for valuable content like infographics or workbooks. Furthermore, I found the initial setup process easy, as I just needed to take my time and go step by step. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Constant Contact Advanced Automation?

I would say the interface can be updated. You can tell that with Constant Contact that they've been around for a long time. So, the back end looks outdated and complicated. Not very user friendly. Building the blocks of the actual email, it's itself, was very challenging. Again, it wasn't user-friendly, and I had to look at a YouTube video to support me.
