Especially when it comes to the on site messaging being added to the product pages. They also over options for payouts which is a first that I have seen so far; especially not with the ability to earn interest. That's one of the things that really drew us in as a company. **What do you dislike about Sezzle?** The sizing specifications and are not the best. They are very particular in the realm of what size and definition of picture can be used and nothing outside of that is accepted. We have had to change the dimensions a little to fit the requirements but it was all worth it; a little inconvenient but worth it. **Recommendations to others considering Sezzle:** Do your research when it comes to the payout options and make sure its something that works for your companies needs. **What problems is Sezzle solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sezzle allows our customers that want installment payments but might not have sufficient credit the ability to make monthly payments. What I love most is their instructions, and web graphics to use for all forms of content. So you can add graphics to your email marketing content, social media, website, and more. I also love how you can easily copy their html to create a "Sezzle-How it works" Page. The page was designed well and fit right in to my website. Customer Service is excellent and I actually get customers from Sezzle too. So customers will go to Sezzle's website and shop from their directory. So it's free website traffic to your site. I don't know but having Sezzle just made me feel so much more confident about my website. I received a sale from a customer using Sezzle shortly after installation too. I'm sure once I get more traffic to my site that it will be the highest form of payment. Another thing I loved about this company is how they verified everything was working properly. Having a business you deal with different companies/vendors and follow through and customer service are HUGE to me. They knocked it out of the park. I'm glad I'm apart of the Sezzle family. It's still early but I haven't had any issues with Sezzle. None whatsoever. **What problems is Sezzle solving and how is that benefiting you?** With so much uncertainty people are a little hesitant to spend. Especially like a lump sum of money. To be able to split up payments makes you feel more at ease. I actually use Sezzle too so to see a little come out at a time over 6 weeks makes me feel better. I hope it offers the same feeling to my customers. I think it also makes new customers trust shopping from my site too. ### 17. The online platform for retailers is also very easy to use. It is also very easy to set up on your website. If you have any questions, it is easy to get in contact with a Sezzle customer service representative! Another thing I love is that I see higher order totals since implementing Sezzle. My typical order value is around $30, but Sezzle users have ordered $150+ worth of items from my online store since they have the option to pay over time. This has been a huge help to allow me to increase revenue! **What do you dislike about Sezzle?** The 6% rate Sezzle takes from each order is a little high. I feel like this could be a bit lower since costs are already so high for retailers. You could also offer incentives for retailers that consistently get sales through Sezzle, since Sezzle could not operate without the merchants that use the platform. I also dislike how sometimes the widgets on your website advertising that you accept Sezzle dissapear if you make any website changes. Sezzle could also offer more cute banners and graphics for retailers to use on social media and FAQ pages on our websites so that we don’t have to spend the time searching for those or creating a graphic from scratch. **Recommendations to others considering Sezzle:** I highly recommend Sezzle for your business. There are so many benefits in using it! If you have any questions, you will receive an answer in a timely manner. I cannot explain how amazing it is for customers to have a wide variety of payment options! **What problems is Sezzle solving and how is that benefiting you?** I would like to increase the order subtotal amount for customers using Sezzle, and it isn’t extremely simple to do that. You have to first list it visibly on your website before sending a screenshot to a Sezzle representative for them to manually go in and change that. I wish there was a way to change it yourself at anytime. Some benefits are that I’ve had a wonderful customer service experience with Sezzle, and the platform for retailers is very clean and simple to use. Sezzle also offers incentives for referring other retailers, which is a great program to implement. ### 18. Which has immensely helped our conversion and abandoned cart rates. **What do you dislike about Sezzle?** The only thing I dislike about sezzle is that the interest account rate was 8% APY when I signed up and now it has fallen to 5% which means I am no longer making money from my sezzle interest account when you factor in the 6% fees taken out for each transaction. However it is still a better net fee than typical web/credit card fees. **What problems is Sezzle solving and how is that benefiting you?** The only issue i've had is finding out that refunds to not include a refund of Sezzle fees. So its a bummer not to get those back when refunding a customer. ### 32. We were previously working with another financing company and decided to switch over to Sezzle. The setup was lightning fast and customer service was the BEST. Customers aren't charged any interest if they pay in full within six weeks, but as a merchant, you do have to cover some transaction fees. That isn't too much of a concern for us because we've noticed a surge in sales after going live. We are more than happy to be working with Sezzle! **What do you dislike about Sezzle?** The transaction fees for merchants could be a bit lower, and the transaction max could be higher. We were previously working with a $10,000 limit. **Recommendations to others considering Sezzle:** Sezzle is great!
