Being a busy Director, ServiceSkills allows me to provide enjoyable and utilizable training programs to our team.

Additionally, Rhonda and Angela have been fantastic to work with. They are quick to respond to any of my requests, always provides more information that I benefit from than anticipated, and are extremely accommodating to the ever-changing needs of our business. What do you dislike about ServiceSkills?

It would be wonderful to have an unlimited number of licenses to use in our subscription. As we grow and bring on more associates, getting them up to par with the rest of our staff requires additional costs if we run out of licensing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
