I am a supervisor over 8 CSRs and ServiceSkills makes it so easy to assign training and monitor the progress of each participant. Each month I assign a new group of videos for the team and can monitor who is watching and who is not and also see their scores from the quizzes. My team enjoys how the videos are short and are able to work them into their weekly routine. Some sessions are 10 minutes some are 30 minutes. We use ServiceSkills videos to enhance our customer experience for our customers in the way we communicate. It is super easy to implement this training into our training processes. I really do not feel there are any downsides to ServiceSkills. The easy process of setup and assigning is great. The variety of videos and training cover not only customer interaction but also co-worker interactions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
