The biggest context loss for me happens during the email-to-task handoff. A task title rarely captures the decisions, attachments, and reasoning buried in the original thread. I’d want the task to retain a direct link to that source context rather than depend on someone manually summarizing it every time.

### Comment 2

The biggest context loss usually happens after approval, not during drafting or review, once a document is marked done and buried in whatever folder structure the workflow tool defaults to. I've noticed that exact complaint in reviews too: one Collavate reviewer said the platform felt less organized overall and that locating already-approved documents could be time-consuming, even though the approval workflow itself worked fine. So the handoff that loses context most often isn't email-to-task, it's task-to-archive.
