The platform not only meets its promises, but also places a strong emphasis on user satisfaction, exceeding our expectations for return on investment significantly. Its capabilities range from analyzing complete tender documents in minutes to offering a bid/no-bid decision-making feature that saves our team a substantial time and effort even before initiating a project. The automated question responses and the built-in Word and Excel editors greatly benefit our entire team. These features are immensely useful, effective, and efficient.
Additionally, the platform’s Collective Memory feature not just typical library, but rather an intelligent repository that preserves knowledge even amidst team changes (which happen more than I bargain for, unfortunately). So this has been very helpful to ensure continuity, preservation and re-use of internal know-how and experience, even when we had staff swaps in the team.
The built-in AI functionality is extremely powerful, and suggests precisely tailored answers to specific queries, based on our own know-how and this above-mentioned Collective Memory. The AI is also very good at rephrasing , reformatting or restructuring answers, according to what is asked in the requirements document.
What is even better, and highly relevant for us, is that it works seamlessly in various languages. So past tender responses could have been in Spanish, or French, and a new tender in German, and we can simply use information from the past in the new tender, without tedious translations or having the need for polyglots.
What is very noticeable is how the system becomes increasingly intelligent if you feed it more older tenders.
Our team is also very pleased with the entire UX/UI experience, and the mean & lean interface is definitely a winner. It's not bloated with bells & whistles like other systems, that are more often than not distracting, and you yet it does it that it needs to do.
As some people have also lots of other tasks, the deadline reminder automation also been key to increase our success rate, and if someone didn't complete some section, we also know this in advance from the central dashboard, and not upon final review, hours before a deadline! So this ensures a much more serene environment with less stress.
We also had a very personalized onboarding with the Sequesto team, and they were very professional, caring, and supportive of our needs.
